Yes you can but as a dry skin types always use body oil alongside your lotion .

Mosquitoes bites spots doesn’t clear off easily, you just have to be using body clearing oils and and be bathing with lightening soaps though I don’t know your skin color and types , but I have some whitening oils that are from veet gold that will help u clear those spots
But you will have to be very patience while using it bcus they don’t work faster

For suntan get a sunscreen and lightening scrub exfoliate the area and moisturize the area with time it will clear or you can also get the ordinary glycolic acid toner
But the most effective way is tumeric , lime , honey and tumeric
Mix together (1tbs each )
