- 1st jump on a PD Peregrine 71 from 14,000ft MSL. Skydive Hawaii. GoPro Hero8 4k30superview
Kauai was completely cloud-free and visible across the channel. The peaks of Maui, Lanai, and Molokai were also visible today.
I recognized that DZ right away! God, I miss Hawaii! Haven’t been out since ‘01, but this really got my airgasm goin again!

Good stuff thanks for posting... Used to live on Maui in the '80s... Paragliding off Mount Haleakala... Only got arrested a few times... LOL that was then this is now... In Glendale Arizona... Now I just run off South Mountain...
Is that legal? I could go for an evening mimosa ride off the mountain. That sounds like a rip!😊
Unless you're willing to travel... South Mountain is a fairly convenient place for Paragliding...👍👍👍

not gonna lie, that initial opening started makin my hands sweat.
Much better after I sent it in to PD for a lineset, nose patch and got a new dome slider for it.
is it true the process for ownership includes applying with PD and providing competition results? or can you buy it second hand without any of that?

Sure, especially kites for light wind days. Small size shouldn't intimidate people, the high airspeed should due to a hefty wingloading. But again airspeed is power and can be turned into lift.
