  • 👉 Acupuncture, a prominent therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate the flow of Qi and restore its balance.
👉 Acupuncture has been found effective in managing various types of pain, including chronic conditions like back pain, arthritis, and migraines. It promotes the release of endorphins, the body's natural pain-relieving chemicals.
👉 In addition to pain management, acupuncture is utilized for addressing a range of health issues such as digestive disorders, anxiety, insomnia, infertility, and more. It aims to support the body's natural healing processes.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a holistic medical system that has been practiced for thousands of years in China. It is based on the concept of Qi (pronounced "chee"), which is the vital energy that flows through the body along meridians or pathways. TCM aims to balance the flow of Qi to promote health and well-being. One of the most well-known and widely practiced therapies in TCM is acupuncture.
There are several potential benefits of acupuncture treatment. First and foremost, it is commonly used to alleviate pain. By stimulating specific acupuncture points, the body releases endorphins, which are natural pain-relieving chemicals. Acupuncture has been found to be particularly effective in managing chronic pain conditions such as back pain, arthritis, and migraines. Additionally, acupuncture may help improve various other health conditions, including digestive disorders, anxiety, insomnia, and infertility. Many people also find acupuncture to be a deeply relaxing and stress-relieving experience.

That’s it. You need to feel the qi to know you got it right but I would say over 50% don’t have the capacity to “feel it”. That’s why many people go to acupuncture and leave the same. Not everyone can feel it

what if it is going into your face or forehead for headaches, you might not feel that muscle because they are tiny..right? and can you reuse the needle if you sanitize them?
