You should try adjusting where you are tapping as the ABCD parts on your phone. That could resolve the problem. If it doesn't you can try this pattern: A A B D C. It worked for some other levels that couldn't get the one in the video. Remember to adjust where you're tapping for each section whenever it seems like it's not working.
