- People have probably forgotten just how good Amare has been in his career, he's been overshadowed by Melo ever since he has came to New York. Everyone currently remembers him by injuries and probably a little bit of disappointment combined with being with Anthony in New York. This guy is one of the top power forwards in the league, let's hope he can get back to that level once he returns.

He may score heaps but he puts up a shit load of shots, besides, before Melo came, Amare was averaging like, 25 points and 8 rebounds. When you have Chandler, Smith, Shumpert and Amare, you don't really need another scorer, trade him for someone like Rudy Gay who won't try and take control of the whole team and mess with the teams chemistry.

***** he actually was better than griffin. injuries tho, if you dont really know about the old Stoud you should check more highlight mix
***** you have to be kidding me, blake griffin is pure athleticism and yeah he can hit a few jumpers but griffins post game is weak. Amare's jumper was much better than Blake's and he was much much more effective in the post. Blake doesn't block shots like amare did also.
