HOLI CELEBRATION - CLASS 1

This time at The Maalinyai School, the celebration was double as we celebrated Holi and Women's Day together. The importance of women is as important as the colours in our life. Without the presence of the women in the form of our mothers, daughters, sisters, wives or friends, our lives would be black and white. We had a number of programs right from dancing to singing and all our children from classes foundation to class 8 performed so well that the audience was mesmerized. All students and teachers felt the exuberance of warmth and the joy of vibrant colours applied on them. There was laughter, joy and merry making in the air. They would remember the day with a difference ~ spent cheerfully and left the school with joyous colourful memories.
