To be honest, i just mukbang all your videos today and I’m so happy I came across your channel. I love your bubbly personality which suits the personality of the filipinos. Filipinos are proud people. One thing that really separates Philippines to a lot of asian countries is the ability of the filipinos to speak good english. I visited a lot of asian countries and language barrier is the most difficult aspect of traveling. You can feel on the comment section how Good they are in constructing english. Even on the street signs and posters, everything is in english. I also love that Philippines mainly caters spanish food. Very different than other countries. The reason why I also love your channel is because you’re interacting with the filipinos.
It depends which region you are in, each region in Ph has a sisig version .. shouldve sprinkled the calamansi all over and mixed it all up. You may also put in a lil soy sauce in it. The crispy sisig is way better and you' ll def love it.
The Filipinos are very easy for tourists to connect with. You however with your bubbly magnetic personality make interaction with the awesome people of the Philippines something totally special. It’s very enjoyable to watch this happen!
Hi Josie....looks like you're fond of our banana treats. Make sure you don'r leave the Philippines without trying TURON with langka (jackfruit). It's a caramelized deep fried "banana springroll" enhanced with the delicious flavor of jackfruit, the crispier the better!!! 😋😉😘 Feast on the unparelled beauty of El Nido with its gatorade blue waters, pre-historic old limestone cliffs dotted with foliage as they pierce the skies, and an underwater world that will amaze your eyes! I strongly recommend Tour A and rent a kayak to explore the Big and Small Lagoons. Have fun😎🏝🏖
I love how you edit your videos. It’s pretty unique. The voice over then the smooth transition. Best I’ve seen on travel vlogs so far. 😁 love your videos!!

wow, i enjoy watching you so happy enjoying our beautiful places and foods. you are not second guessing or doubting the people around you. you happily mingled with them. thank you for visiting philippines.
Another great vlog Josie! The snack you ate is called " maruya" a really good and sweet snack kinda close to "banana que" and the reason tricycles have names on them is because the owner want to put their kids or wife or family member on the vehicle. Power outage in the Philippines is normal in fact we Filipinos call it "brown out" instead of "black out " why brown i still don't know 😊 Really enjoy all your vlogs and like seeing you eat the "sisig" you guys should try the "bangus sisig" or the milk fish in english that's another good one! Looking forward to seeing you more and take care and stay always on all your travels! 😊😊😊
Wow.I love sisig so much.❤️❤️ Trivia:Did you know every region in the Philippines had different ways and types of sisig their is a crispy, with egg and normal one which you ate.and so many their's fish like tuna sisig and many more... Same with lechon different region different taste.
The banana that you ate is called "maruya". It is deep fried banana with flour and then sprinkled with sugar. I also saw turon in that stand. Turon is also a deep fried banana wrapped in a lumpia wrapper and then coated with sugar. Turon is even more flavorful than maruya especially if they added langka (jackfruit) in the turon. Try turon next time. I'm sure that you will like it especially if it's freshly cooked.
Enjoy El Nido! Keep your eyes peeled for the beautiful landscape on the way. Know that this part of the Philippines is highly coveted by a foreign country, a super power in Asia. It's in the cross hairs of geopolitics in the ASEAN.
Are you heading to El Nido? Perhaps Coron? I think it's El Nido as Coron is sooooo far. I love Palawan and Batanes. Dogs are drawn to you, too. Anywhere in the world, they can sense a fur mommy when they see (or smell?) one. Sisig is best with beer. Yes, it is supposed to be crispy/crunchy. The authentic and original recipe is the one you can eat in Pampanga (Culinary Capital of the Philippines) at Aling Lucing's. It is a culinary destination for tourists. Also, he is right on about what Sisig is made of. Good job!
the highlight of this vlog is when you ask the name of the dog... and they respond the dog's name as "TABINGI" i really laugh non stop.... hahaha because if you translate it in english it means ...not symmetrical, disproportional, or unbalanced.....
That's our house😊😊 The reason why we named that dog "TABINGI" is beacause when he is looking to someone his head is always tilted or in filipino/tagalog language "tabingi/tagilid" hehe Thank you.😊😊😊
You can ask for your sisig to be customized to being toasted and crispy. Authentic sisig is usually done like that, top with a raw egg that'll cook on the sizzling sisig.
Since you’re in Puerto Princesa you should be going to the Underground River which is a must to complete your tour of the Puerto. Be safe and have a great time in the Philippines.
