Obsessed with your cakes! When I make my cakes (just a mom and cake enthusiast) I feel like once I take my fondant creations out of the fridge or freezer and they get room temp and placed on cake they get pliable again when I want them to hold shape. Is there anything I can do? I’m using already made Wilton fondant

May I ask how thick do you roll out your fondant? Mine is either to thick or to thin and tears at the top edges. Yours is always perfect!
its about 0.4 cm.
