I have great respect for Montessori methods, and I’m very fast on a Soroban. But this lesson (49082/23) OMG! appears so tearfully tedious it seems it’s only practical use is to instill a deep desire in the student to master the multiplication table and enjoy the benefits of “Short Division” ASAP.
