Ahahaha good luck with that, especially in most of the USA. I'd say about half of US citizens or more have driven while under the influence.
Over 10,000 Americans a year are killed by drunk drivers, about 1,000 of them being children (Source - CDC). Imagine how many aren't caught each day.

@@StevenDoh I would argue until the sun came up. After losing a family member because of a drunk driver, I would DEFINITELY argue all night. Yeah, life isn't that black and white, but it also CAN be. Gotta be more stubborn than the drunk 🤷🏻♀️

OK, so she knew everybody was drinking, and thought "Hey, let's all get in our cars at the same time and drive around!" In the (unlikely) event she hadn't been drinking, she's still an idiot for getting behind the wheel in close proximity with people she knew had been drinking.

I used to slam beers with my family when we were cooking. It was just part of the fun of Thanksgiving, but NEVER drove afterwards.
Nothing wrong with that until you choose to DRIVE which is what this case is about
This is what happens when you drink and drive.
Many people I know drink WHILE cooking Thanksgiving dinner. They more often drink during the dinner.
And with 4 children and going to several homes. I know I would have a drink.

It was obvious she WAS drinking. Nobody doesn't drink on Thanksgiving especially when others are.

Can’t tell which way the scratch is going. If he wasn’t moving and she cranked her wheels too far to the right and moved easily could and done it too her own vehicle. Sounds like they were doing a lot that day and she may have underestimated how close he was and in a hurry did that too her own vehicle. Yes he was parked like an ass but she cut the wheels too sharp is what it sounds like to me. And some people social drink, maybe they had a glass or two but if they ate they may not have been impaired. Doesn’t sound like any of them were drinking excessively. Here in Canada the legal limit allows me to have one drink, probably two if I eat a good meal.
