Wish I heard this in 1998 when I got radically saved and had no idea the huge target that was on my back. My life was literally hell for many years. Yes much of my own poor decisions but there were no pastors teaching this then and I heard many. I am thankful I never blamed God and now have been delivered and healed from addictions of every kind and I have peace and joy in my life. I walked most of this out the hard way and can totally agree that God doesn't warn us about sin and the enemy to scare us but to prepare us and help us. Jesus Christ is my life now and I will never be silent about all He has done and continues to do for me. I will proclaim His goodness and grace until my last breath on this ever darkening world that I truly believe we will be leaving soon. Come quickly Lord Jesus.
I am so thankful that you are having the church to fast and pray. I have been told by others that fasting is legalism. I have practiced fasting for years. Scriptures mention it, and our suffering brothers and sisters fast often. The church has failed in prayer and fasting. A praying church is a weapon of the Holy Spirit. How do we dare call it legalism!
I really needed this today. I rarely get depressed, but today was the day. I prayed, I sang His praises, I read testimonies of Muslims coming to Christ in miraculous ways, and I read His Word. I also spent time remembering things He has spoken to me, and His leading me all these years. Like David, I encouraged myself in the Lord. This sermon was my final attack against discouragement. Thank you.
We are in the time of reckoning meaning God is shaking the church to wake up. His name will be made know to all whether we do it or not plus the Christian persecution will grow exponentially. Yet, how we forget that this is how the underground church grows under harsh circumstances outside the US. Let us not get comfortable with where we are but do our part regardless it may be all for His glory. Much prayers are needed and without it there is no power.
Pastor Jackson, I thank God for his word that he let you speak from your heart. Yes I am praying we all that serve God gets a boldness to believe in his power to move our voices to speak up loud and strong for what is right with so much Love.
Jesus doesn't believe "IN" the devil, Jesus said that to say Jesus "Understands" WHO the devil is. We know the Devil is real, but we don't believe in his causes because they are EVIL and God does not support EVIL and cannot be evil. Thus we have to fight evil with what God gave us, which is Jesus Christ his son. Do you all agree?
WHEN ENEMY KNEW YOU THEY KEEP ON TEASING YOU OR TEMPT YOU BECAUSE THEY WANT TO STEAL YOUR SOUL FROM GOD.. LET GOD FIGHT FOR YOU.. ACCEPT HIM AS KING OR BEST FRIEND!!! HE IS THE LORD OF HOSTS SATAN IS NOT GOD.. THEY ARE JUST CALLED REBEL FALLEN ONES WITH EVIL SPIRIT ARMIES THE SINNERS WHO HATED GOD AND WORSHIP FALSE IDOLS..THE DEAD BONES OF HISTORY..
