My dad owned a nice one, very busy all the time.. it took him a whole year before he started turning a profit and believe me it was NOT enough to pay the bills even after.. he made about 3k a month (1996) and the cost of operation was a little more than half
Comments like these need to be pinned. People don’t understand what overhead is nor how often these machines need repair. Add in taxes and your time/energy and they’re not making any more than a typical 9-5
@@Tthumbonly thing I'd add is that you can probably pay someone to babysit it and have a 9-5 on top of owning it, so whatever net profit you get to keep is extra money. It's not necessarily that this becomes your 9-5.
But yeah, with less taxes and such it would be a lot easier for these businesses to make it
Why are any even is business then? Someone has to be making a profit or the business wouldn’t exist in the first place. Reveal the secrets.
Remember friends, this is before utilities and amenities!
If you put it in the ghetto which is the place that will most likely need one of these, you will end up making a lot more
@gamer dread its not even pulling $800 before overheads. i mean if you owned 3-4 then i can see it being worth it but 1 isnt worth the hassle imo
@@officialdabaws5228 $700 in a weekend? In a low income neighborhood? That’s pretty profitable, sorry you’re unknowledgeable and/or lazy.
Alternative title: how to quickly attract local organized gangs to start rob your laundromat cash boxes while you’re sleeping.
Every laundromat should have a couple claw machines in it and a few candy dispensers as well. One of my fav memories as a child was going to the laundromat with my dad and I would bring a couple handfuls of quarters I saved over the last two weeks and I’d buy some candy and play the claw machines till we left.☺️
This seems like a no brainer. I'd even have a cool looking arcade machine that youd just have to play. Modern trendy snacks in the vending machine. If you're in between a highschool and neighborhoods, the kids will stop by on their way home.
Make sure you check your notes for star notes or vintage ones and your quarters may be pre 1965 which would mean they have a 90% silver content and worth much more than face value.
@@ZeroFlings collectors will pay stupid money for the weirdest things, also museums will often buy rare things if they are in amazing condition
@@ZeroFlings - pre 1965 quarters are worth more for the silver content, not because they’re unique.
Know a Chinese guy who own a laundromat and has to literally check every bill now cause for awhile he tight he was making money then realized that alot of it was just being given out because people came in with fake bills turn it in for quarters then the dude would take them out go to the bank to cash it all or store it then find out that more than half the bills he was getting was fake asf, I just hope this guy is checking bills
Machines read the strips in the bills so it knows how much change to dispense. There's no way counterfeit money had the security strips because that's defeating the purpose of the fake money in the first place....
🙄🙄🙄
Total BS story. Change machines know the difference between real and fake bills.
That blue filter on the video gave me dying light vibes
So what's he hiding I've seen alot of cover ups using laundromats
Lmaooo that’s in the past. Now people use mattress stores, tire shops, restaurants, and other businesses to launder money.
Ok but is it more efficient than a 0-2-3 banana farm from bloons td 6 if we assume every day counts as a round
'Bought a laundromat' 💀
You should check the individual bills of cash u got. Not all of them obviously, that would take too long, but just a few. Out of all that cash ur bound to have a few rare bills. U could have a rare $20 that's actually worth like $70. U could get like 30% more cash
IRS be watching that counter like Wait a minute I wouldn't post all your gains online bro 🤣
That's not gains, that's gross. That's before payroll, taxes, electric bill, property tax/upkeep....
I need to see the lab🌚
Get them laundry mats, get them car washes, a few ice cream trucks and you’re golden.
This is the only side hustle I actually see working
There's a few, i.e. vending machines, but again they're not as easy and "get rich quick" as you think
Really appreciate you showing how the insides of these machines work, will make my life easier!!

Just me who saw the counter saw 2010
Laundering money with a laundromat. Classic 😂
Gotta start looking through all those coins and bills for printing errors. You could make some decent money off just a penny lol.
My dad would probably retire if I could hand him that many quarters and cash to sift through, his collection is already quite large but I know he'd love to expand it.
Laundry mat in my town sold. And almost immediately 80 percent of the machines broke that was about a year ago they are still broke to this day
I dont even care about becoming an entrepreneur, I just think the video is satisfying.
Dimes and nickels for the kids upstairs and pennys for the kids in the basement. Genius.
You are awesome! Love these vids!

Our laundry mat had gambling machines in them slots lmao 🤣
I used to think that laundry mats were dumb and gross but when I ended up living out of my mom's car with her I learned very quickly how nice it was to be able to have a cheep place to wash my clothes. Now I live well off but I still remember the calming sounds of the dryers going as I sat and read my books waiting for my laundry.
“I bribe them with delicious quarters”😂
i love collecting quarters and this place seems like heaven for rare quarters nobody but me cares about
Spinnin on these percs like im a laundromat
He makes getting money look easy and I love it
plot twist: he doesnt actually own it
I know a man who bought a working laundry, he raised the price about a dollar a load, cut the minutes on the dryers , ran his good employee off. I don't know about the other customers but I quit. I go somewhere else where my business is appreciated
When you’re in such a rush that you forgot it’s not your laundromat
I went to your web page couldn’t complete my app website isn’t working 100% good job
That's not supposed to be shaking that much, let's grab these quickly before it explodes!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I feel ya! When we bought our washer the first time i ran we thought it was going to explode. Sometimes it dances across our floor!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Jesus, I swear I thought this was a VR game he was playing until I saw him holding the keys...
I have a question that been bugging me how does the coin machine make you money bc don't you have to refill it with the same amount and even if you don't fill everytime you would still be getting what you give right?
Machines are coin operated, so people put bills into the coin machine to get the quarters they need for the machines. He then recycles the quarters and keeps the bills.
(That's also assuming straight conversion, sometimes they have like a 5% fee for the conversion too)
rent+electricity+water=not much profit
@@Slash4x4mania not monthly whatsoever, have you ever tried looking up the profit margins in the best areas possible?
As a coin collector, i really wish i could go through those quarters lol
My first job was as a laundromat attendant! I loved that job!
769 nice
Bro why does it look like a simulation when he walks in
I never really thought about the cash counters being able to discern between the denominations. Pretty cool
769 Nice
The very low "if you see me come get some" was funny
Brandon I wish I could work for you you got the hustle …whether it’s being a landlord , laundromat owner, all your vending machines , car washes, trailer park owner you are the man!!
Love this, this is literally my dream hustle
Thanks, I officially know where to look when I break into the new laundromat down the road
Ain't noone getting 20$ in quarters unless you got an arcade in the back
Some big machines use 8 or 9 bucks worth of quarters. Dryers may use 5 quarters before a load is dry. That's over 20 bucks.
Bro wdym “not to bad” you meant “I GOT SO MUCH CASH BABY”
If only he could keep all of it tho. Bills and mechanical failure will be expensive to keep up with
I don't have any money or skills so I bought a laundromat 😂🤣😂 let's not talk about the cost of the loan, utilities, insurance and repair cost for equipment... Someone is going to get a great deal on a foreclosed laundromat 🤣😂🤣
Why you got that Ozark filter on? I thought Marty was running a laundromat to wash the cartel's money
Bro this looks like virtual reality 😂
I like the sense of humor 🤣
Bro I love your videos like you legitimately inspired me to buy a vending machine please keep up the good work and have a very good day
You sound like benson from regular show💀
If the laundromat was free ,I would refuse it
And that’s not supposed to shake so much got me 🤣
"Tide"💀
Can anyone explain to me the “kids upstairs” thing? Most videos he says he is giving dimes and quarters to the “kids upstairs” but I have no idea what he is talking about! Someone please clue me in. Thank u ❤️😊
"OH crap, there's people."
Sounds like me lol.
"lets see- oh god there's people here"

Now it’s time to launder some money
Okay I'm not going to fall for the advertisement or look into this, but let's just appreciate the true art that is a bunch of cash stacked together.
Crazy how these are still such huge things in america!

Love doing that kind of work
I like to think he is Walter from breaking bad and it’s all just a money laundering scheme
Bro's laundromat has the opposite of the Mexico filter. It's got that Alaska filter 💀💀💀
Your videos helped inspire me to start my own vending business ( mini claw machines) amd now I created a UA-cam to document my journey!
I started with two machines making a few hundred a month, now I have 8 machines making 2-3k a month! The best part is I have more machines on the way!
My Dad was thinking about opening one for a long time. I was always scared of businesses stuck in one place.
The machine was shaking because the drum is off balanced or the motor is bad. An unbalanced drum is pretty easy to balance if that's the issue.
Nice job finishing in the red
I lost it at “we are going to get the quarters very quickly from that machine” no that needs fixing, no oh I need to buy a new one; no no no get the money and go! Stay focused! 😂
$760 in a week? I can’t imagine what the water, gas and electric bill costs in there.
Congratulations! Wish you great success in 2023. Good laundromats can be hard to find.
We've only had like 3 fires at ours. The owner never actually maintains the place. She just comes in for the quarters and ones then leaves.
the real world on you camera looks like a vr game
The squirrel energy of this video rest spoke to me
But he forget to tell you about the price of soap and water
GOOD FOR YOU- THANK YOU FOR SHARING
Please tell me you try and look through these for star notes
In Canada we use the dollar coins and two dollar coins for the machines. Affectionately called the loony and twoony. Quarters were the standard in the early 2000s. Not after 2010.
Liked this with hopes that the algorithm will suggest this video to your future robbers 🤣🤣🤣
