They're way ahead of the time in terms of music, as well as their choreography and style. Not to mention their aggressive stage performance. They're one of a kind. Hi! VFX / Filmmaking nerd here. The effect at 3:42 was most likely accomplished with a green screen. Once the performer was filmed over the green screen the white was added as a background and the body was then most likely used as a clipping mask with a second piece of footage being layered over with semi-transparency. This was one of the songs that fully sold me on K-pop. I got mildly interested after World's 2018 for LoL, where Soyeon, Miyeon and Bobby absolutely owned the stage. But I wasn't sure yet. I had some songs on my playlist from BTS already just because I thought they were good. But I wasn't sure. Hann, Ddu-Du Ddu-Du, Bad Boy and The 7th Sense were the ones that finally sold me as to "ok, K-pop is fucking lit." This is still one of the most gorgeous mvs I've ever seen. It's been a long-ass ride. Sorry. Just in case you're unaware this is one of the two NCT units that can change members. NCT Dream is for the younger members, and then they age out. And U was the first unit of NCT (this was NCTs debut song) and the members change to fit the mood or needs of the song. For instance, BOSS is 7 members, this was 5, and Baby Don't Stop is 2.

I remember when they first released this song and I was like “what is this?” Because SM title tracks are often more upbeat and this was nothing like that. But then as time went on it became one of my favourite songs. I actually do play it all the time. Like I’m on my way to or from work and I put it on. Yes THIS IS VERY ARTISTIC and waaaaaay ahead of its time. When NCTU debuted with 7th Sense, it was under appreciated by korean netizens bcuz they think it is not ‘public friendly’ but most of international kpop reviewers love the songs so much.
this song will go down as one of my favourite kpop songs ever. it's NCTs debut and it hasn't left the top 5 position since then. I know it may sound a bit repetitive since so many people claim this song to be the best thing ever but at least to me, there really is something special about this one. The vibe, the flow, the beat, the choreo, everything, THIS SONG IS SO GOOD

the 7th sense is the debut song of this unit. in the video they are taeyong, ten, mark, jaehyun and doyoung, sm doesn't usually put subtitles, that is for the older videos btw. doyoung has orange hair here taeyong has the white hair, ten has the bandana, mark is the guy that raps in a little room anmd the one that has kind of a hat too. jaehyun is 5:22 the guy the camera is focusing. they all talented pls stan, check 'boss' by the same unit though there is more people in it. also 'baby don't stop' only Taeyong and Ten are in this song.

Hi! VFX / Filmmaking nerd here. The effect at 3:42 was most likely accomplished with a green screen. Once the performer was filmed over the green screen the white was added as a background and the body was then most likely used as a clipping mask with a second piece of footage being layered over with semi-transparency. This was one of the songs that fully sold me on K-pop. I got mildly interested after World's 2018 for LoL, where Soyeon, Miyeon and Bobby absolutely owned the stage. But I wasn't sure yet. I had some songs on my playlist from BTS already just because I thought they were good. But I wasn't sure.

Just in case you're unaware this is one of the two NCT units that can change members. NCT Dream is for the younger members, and then they age out. And U was the first unit of NCT (this was NCTs debut song) and the members change to fit the mood or needs of the song. For instance, BOSS is 7 members, this was 5, and Baby Don't Stop is 2.

NCT currently has 21 members which ARE divided into subgroups,that are NCT 127,NCT U,NCT DREAM,WAYV.
NCT127 is a fixed member group with 10 members it used to be 9 but it has been changed recently with their latest comeback.For NCT127 you can easily identify their songs as all of their songs has this swaggish or rough concept.They also promote their songs in Japanese as they are expanding their market to there(most groups do this).Some bop songs from them are REGULAR,CHERRY BOMB,LIMITLESS(one of da best 🙏 ever for me),TOUCH and others.
NCT U is a non fixed member group meaning that members can enter and leave depends on the comeback.For instance,BOSS had 7 members while BABY DONT STOP had only 2 members.So it can be quite confusing but bear in mind that it is not fixed and you should never set the number of members of the group.Their concept do changes from time to time so you can say that they are universal.React to their debut 7th SENSE please.
NCT DREAM is a 6 member group.This group has a different concept as they are tied to a young teenagers or cute kinda concept.This is because the group is for anyone that is under the age of 19 I believe.Once you reached that age limit you kinda graduated and go to the older group but there is a member from NCT127 named Haechan(the curly hair one in SIMON SAYS) in NCT DREAM.Please react to GO,WE GO UP,CHEWING GUM and others.
WAYV is a rather different subgroup from the whole NCT.This is because it is not KPOP but it is CPOP which stands for Chinese Pop.They are promoting SM Entertainment in the CPOP industry but nevertheless they are STILL considered as NCT.Their songs are in Chinese but still they manage to make bops.React to REGULAR,TAKE OFF and others.
NCT plans to expand the number of its members and plans on debuting subgroups in different countries.NCT stands for NEO CULTURE TECHNOLOGY.They have a various nationalities of members from American to Thailand.

I remember when they first released this song and I was like “what is this?” Because SM title tracks are often more upbeat and this was nothing like that. But then as time went on it became one of my favourite songs. I actually do play it all the time. Like I’m on my way to or from work and I put it on. Like it’s entrancing, but it actually works for a song that you can listen to time and time again on the regular.
