@@inuyashalovergyal it's extremely difficult to grow and make properly. Which is why it's very rare, a delicacy and very expensive. Idk why American culture doesn't acknowledge that they're just eating green horseradish, but it's pretty well known in other countries that if you want real Wasabi you just gotta go to Japan/Korea
True story. And 98% of the time its imitation crab. Luckily I love horseradish and don't like real crab :)
