must be nice to not have to work a regular shift. Went to college 4 years like I was suppose to and stuck in medical field working 10 to 12 hour shifts 3 to 4 days a week. Have to leave easy runs for days when working and hard days for days off

one good thing about drinking coffee an hour or more after you get up is it allows your body to clear any residual melatonin from sleep. If you gulp coffee down right away when you wake up that melatonin can hang out in your body and cause you to be a little sleepy later in the day

Widen your grip on the pullups
Its actually more difficult to do the pullups with grip on the inside, try it and expand your mind
There's many variations whcih work different muscles. I would not recommend only narrow grip chin-ups for a beginner though. The back is worked much better by a (wider) pronated grip, so much is sure. Also Spencer's form is not the cleanest.

You should be training 3x a day if you don’t work man, that’s just my opinion. If you train 5x a week 3 sessions a day you got 5 more sessions in by simply adding another workout to your schedule. Kobe when he was younger trained 4x a day for 2 hours each session in the summers I support you 100% but you should be training harder if you want to run world class. 2x workouts, 24 pull-ups ain’t gonna cut it to hop on the line with the big dogs. I’m an aspiring pro boxer and I’ll definitely be training 3x a day when I’m pro, but I’m not I work a full time job as an corrections officer I still study and I train 5x a week, but all I got to say man!
