fun fact you can solo intermediate mode with all the summoners (You will also need DJ) for the enemy spams use military bases ability (also get DJ after you get the mili bases lvl 4) then get elf camps, elf camp is for extra damage and mercenary base is for the ability and the buff basically get 2 next to the path then make 1 mercenary base give buffs to the towers.
Has to be one of the coolest updates! Finally paves bridge from molten to fallen (though those modes are outdated so a bit less so…) This update will also give us an idea of what future remakes of the survival modes will look like! And for anyone complaining about it being too easy, it’s for less experienced players! And for anyone complaining about the start being too tough, it’s either because of us being used to the old balancing of game modes, or because of the Night One event (where people said it was too hard because they couldn’t farm for accelerator because it was balanced around cheaper, more starter friendly towers.)
No intermediate is way harder in early game fallen early game is way easier

Merc base and accel were overkill you just need time swap them out with reg mini and farm everything else stays the same
I did this gamemode with farm, pursuit, mili base, cowboy, and commander. Tbh, mili base airstrile is carrying the match
With this new update, admins can now spawn Tank Bloated Nimble Health Regeneration Nuclear Monsters. Good job TDS

Thanks to this update, coins earned by beating Molten mode decreased by 100, so basically u need 125 molten wins instead of 100 to get the golden crate.
Wow! Almost like You couldnt do intermediate which is much quicker and more fun than Molten!

my fastest molten run is 12 m 51 s and my fastest intermidate is 13m 38s

My honest review of new update.
It's cool but it would be cool if the gamemode was called "Zero" cause intermediate sounds awkward to be there when the other gamemodes are literally called "Molten" and "Fallen"
also patient zero is literally like Predator and revive plague doctor having a kid.
Shit was unnecessary honestly I'd rather they added back golden mode or made this mode harder considering this is the only boss that can kill towers for some reason

Cool update even if I play tdx and I think it looks a lot like the plague doctor. It still looks cool. It's still original. I like it. Even if for some reason tds player hate us I'll at least admit they did a good job.

@@Lil_Skylar467 I think I may be insane for not noticing this. It's just like elite mode. It introduces fast zombies early uses the regular zombies, Introduces heavy zombies early on just like elite mode. The chained is replaced with the ghoul and slimes are just resurrected slow rangers. Enraged are mutated zombies, Hell even later in the game mode they spawn in other guys after death, and then guess who armored zombies replace? Armored zombies. Reaver is just an armored heavy zombie, but this one is pushing it. I would keep talking about it, but this is getting too long so I'm going to just skip to the end. Waves 28 and 29 are just abomination spam and wave 30 is just the revived plague doctor with lower health cause their towers do lower dps. Upon rewatching this and paying attention. I'm kinda disappointed.

When the update dropped, I thought it was going to be harder than Fallen. Was easier, but was still fun to play on.
Fallen mode is somehow easier than intermediate mode for me since I’m so used to fallen I can very easily beat it but intermediate mode is completely new and the enemies can heal and also get spammed a lot so it’s harder than fallen for me
Wdym intermediate was more harder the enemies appear earlier and the enemies are more annoying

nah I just figured it out, early game is kinda hard because you need high dps by about wave 12 (use accel, gmini, or regular mini) After that it’s just spamming and maxxing out those high dps towers
this has definitely proven that tds is getting way too much ideas/inspiration from tdx (basically copying)

I said the same thing as a tds player. Im glad tds is getting updates again but most things this year seem to be similar to things in tdx, whats worse is that they’re sometimes added at the same time (military base rework and armored factory, cryomancer and cryo blaster, freezer rework and ice ranger, toilet events). Theres also subtle but noticable similarities (new mode is called intermediate and boss holds similarities to plague doctor, mercenary base and trapper could be based off of barracks and mine layer) I wonder whats going on 😂

Gamemode is easy as hell, the balancing changes are so trash its actually unbelievable, jester can't confuse any boss anymore, shotgunner got nerf for no literal reason, and molten is pointless to play its just going to be normal mode no one will ever play it
