Would have been cool if there was a tiny NFC chip in the toys and a small NFC reader in the cash register. I know it's possible because of the Nintendo Switch and Amiibo cards/figures.
Oh Bum siriuly? I was going to buy it for my 3 year old Grandson and my dolls house project! He's obsessed with playing shops at the moment. This would be so much easier to play with him, than setting up he's play shop that takes up lots of room with all the food, display shelves, till counter, trolley and basket lol

It may sound ridiculous but that’s the one thing I truly lament that I didn’t do while I was in Japan: going to a supermarket. My host mom took me once but it was a quick stop and I didn’t let her know because she seemed rushed and I felt I’d put her out enough as it was. I really wish I would’ve gone to one on my own. If I ever go back, it’s on my list. I like doing what the residents do and seeing how they live to really try to get a feel for everyday life if I’m somewhere I’ve never been, country or even state-wise. Or even in a different county. Maybe it’s weird. 😊
