The lady that priced everything!! Bahaha 😂😂😂😂
LOL, if I can make you laugh that makes my day!
@@Jessy.shops23 LOL
If she had said $70 to me I would have dropped the whole box of stuff in front of her and left. Maybe not the best step financially but it really makes me angry when these estate sale companies try to sell stuff at eBay prices or higher. They need to know their stuff is not going to sell if they’re going to be ridiculous.
I know what you mean but I have a longstanding business relaionship with her and have done very well in the past. I will do great on this for $50 so I am ok with it and I am certain she will have future sales I will be going to.
Whether or not you need to rush depends on what you’re looking for. For example, if they have old music gear like guitars, amps etc, sometimes you have to run room to room to locate it befor others get to it
That’s true. I’m speaking more in general terms if you don’t have a specific thing that you are targeting.
Some people buy entire scrap books. More gentle looking!
Ineed
Passing on the tablecloths/ linens was a good move. The good ones are 50s-60s large print patterns on white heavy cotton fabric. Check for grease & other stains.
Good point. Thanks Nicole.
Good Afternoon Prime Time Treasure Hunter...just want to Thank You for being so thorough during Your time inside these Estate Sales. I like Your Thought process and Truly Appreciate that You take the time to Explain Your Process of Sorting through the "Fun Paper Goods" Most of the Good Stuff is not Always"in Your Face".... I will continue to Watch Your informative Videos and Look forward to All Your Great Finds. Have a Great April Hunting and Finding!! ❤️✌️💛🐈
Thanks so much, Hilda! I really appreciate your positive vibes!
That first mug you picked up with the initial was an Anthropologie mug. A lot of people don’t know because they don’t have their name on it, just a bird on the bottom. Fifty cents was a steal!
Not really. Yes, it’s a monogrammed anthropologie mug but the problem is that it’s very specific to the letter L and you can easily find one online for $16 which includes priority mail shipping costs. Even for 50 cents when you factor in neatly $10 shipping plus fees, it’s not worth picking up.
Always fun to see the snow up North. Love the paper items. I go through everything. Those 2 smutty paperbacks just might pay for everything. Sad but true. Thanks for taking us along!
So so true, especially the swingers one lol
Dom... You never fail to find the stuff..! Love those "risque~colorful" estate sales! Looks like you got everything I would have! With so many generations of material from within, that was a great "walk through time!" Keep up the sourcing videos and Utube presentations coming! And Daisy... Momma will be home soon!😊👍🐿
Yes! Thank you! Will do! Glad you liked it! Daisy said thanks!
oooo-la-la....spicy secrets and naughty treasures...you have my interest peaked...what did you find? hahahahaha.
you r great do not worry abt comments,,
Thanks Tom!
The box of ephemera, I would gab it all and sort at home
That would have been a HUGE mistake because her prices are super high now and most of it was worthless. People need to listen more to my extract the value approach. They will be much better off and left with much less hoarded waste.
Great video Dom!! I can only imagine the look on Mrs PT'S face when she saw the "his and her" box!! Priceless!!😂
Oh and Dom, light my fire!! 🤣 I can only imagine what's on the tape
LOL. she was dying laughing!
@@ericlongo5020 Right, lol.

Just recently found you. I love watching different types of vendors. I watch Crazy Lamp Lady, Locker Nuts, Common Wealth Picker/Flipper and now you. I enjoy those who aren’t trying to get rich quick. I enjoy those who look for value in objects. When people pull something out and think say they are going to get a bunch of money. I enjoy you explaining your process. It is also great the wonderful/more valuable finds you locate. Keep up the good picking.
Thanks so much Kathleen. It’s great to hear your insights. I love the thrill of the hunt and finding great history. Be sure to subscribe and welcome to the Prime Time family!
Good for you for heading to the basement first. Thank you for listening to us ladies...I was of those one who barked at you. A word of caution about fabric. Yes, they are very desirable, (I once scored a pile of flour sack material: cha- ching!), but the tablecloths can have stains, so open them up. Here's your bonus for being a good sport: not too many folks are aware of this, but old scrapbook pages, even those with trade cards or RPPCs, can be soaked in the tub to remove the parts. Most used water-based adhesives. I have done it many times. Pressed the parts after blotting them. Stack paper towel, then paper, stack and weigh down and replace p. towel as needed to prevent mildew. Time consuming, but depending on what is there, can be quite profitable. Best of luck to you! I'm no longer in the business.
Thanks for the tips, Laurel! I always listen to the ladies lol
Dom and Daisy - y’all are my favorite things on UA-cam! Great thrifting video even though there wasn’t much to get. Thank you!
Thanks Carol! I thought I got a nice amount of stuff. Daisy says hi 😊
I don’t blame you for dropping the fabric. I’m a quilter and I thought it was garbage.
lol glad I passed
Just so you know, a Lite Brite is just a light bulb on a cord. It would be the most simple 'electric' repair possible, if it didn't work.
LOL, I know because I had one as a kid. But it was cool it worked.
I love watching you plundering thru the basement. Your finds were great! I listen to you and will take the advice! I have 5 or 6 huge boxes of Gilleys Club,Sherrod Cryer, and Mickey Gilley memorabilia. I'm just not sure how to
Thanks Sharon! I appreciate you watching!
TFS Dom You found some good stuff. Hi to Daisy cutie puppy...WOOF! ✌
Thanks Mary! I pet Daisy for you 🐶
I was waiting for you to take the his and hers items out of the box! If those things could only talk. I bet it would be an epic story! Haha
Indeed! Too bad it was t complete. I wasn’t sure what I’d find when I opened it lol
I have sold all of the things on eBay that you passed on because you thought they might be a problem. I have made hundreds and hundreds of dollars on 1950s slides of nude pin ups, black americana, and World War II memorabilia with swastikas. They are Historical collectibles. The only thing I ever had a problem with was selling a certificate that went with a Purple Heart award, (I did not have the Purple Heart), and I just found a private collector online.
That’s fine but that’s your personal choice. It’s not what I chose to make money on.
Love your finds, I always enjoy digging for ephemera
Thanks Liz!
I like how you do your videos. You have a way of talking to us like we’re all your friends. ❤ Will EBay or other sites have a problem with the pics of the ladies?
I've been having more and more spicy finds and I can't help but chuckle and shake it off same as u. Hilarious stuff man
LOL. So funny. Thanks
I appreciate your pace versus the pushy grab and go which just does not show the positive side of humans. You are a good human.
Thanks Aleta! I have seen some really aggressive behaviors at these sales. I just sit back and get all of the treasures they whiz by. lol
LOL! "First double tap of the day." Love it.
LOL! tap tap
Sometimes I really don't understand the pricing at estate sales. $12 for a broken modern day pitcher? Whaaaat? You always find interesting meat digging through the nutshell. There is something very intimate about going through old ephemeram it almost seems naughty. I am not howling because you had to leave the fabric behind. I have a friend who inherited 3 generations of the vintage and antique hoards of her female relatives. Her basement is full of barrels and bins of old fabric that her grandmother hoarded. Back in 2020 when some of us were sewing masks like crazy, she gave me a whole box of vintage fabric remnants. Alas, I used them to make masks. I'm certain she would let me have more, I can't see her bothering to sell it as she has the more obvious valuable items. Fun video as always!
Hanks Morpha! I love looking through all of that ephemera! Thanks for not yelling at me on the fabric lol
That was a crazy sale! Fun. Thanks
Thanks for watching
You are so funny about the table cloths .😅
lol thanks
Seriously if I’m having a bad day or sick of whatever I’m doing I go watch you and you make me laugh👍🏼thank you
I love watching you go through the boxes!❤️
Thanks Sharon!
Literally the majority of the channel, and I'm engaged every second.
@@jkhoover thanks Jon. It’s the majority now bc that’s what most ppl want. But I have lots other video types too. Thanks for watching!
How do you get so lucky finding all the estate sales you do????? I also would love to talk to Mrs Prime Time to ask her if you’re always in such a good funny mood as you are in your videos! I love love love watching you😆🤣😂❤️❤️❤️❤️
Not lucky lol. I know the area and the dealers and lots of times I can see pics ahead of time so I can pick and chose. Feel free to contact Mrs PT on Instagram! lol thanks for watching!
You put the bright light pegs on a joan miro poster!!! I collect them!! Omg !!
Very cool. The one in my video was unfortunately in bad condition
I have that old kirby on the stairway lol. good finds in that old house
Thanks. lol on the Kirby
Daisy is the sweetest girl! Blaney, our Pomeranian, sulks when my husband leaves-waits by the front door. Enjoyed the video.
Thanks K! Check out the new Daisy merch in the community tab lol
Great Vid, I love that you found Great things in spite of there being so much overpriced stuff.
I'd be interested in what you are going to do with that Hotel Del Coronado brochure. IDK if you're aware it's a pretty famous place, they even filmed an episode of Baywatch there. It's also where my wife and I spent our wedding night.
Yes, that is a great Hotel for sure. I will be listing it on eBay. If you are interested, lemme know. Thanks!
Llike how you're so quick with a funny. And can't get much cuter than Daisy.
Thanks Angela. I appreciate it...and Daisy does too!
Seems like you're just a 'naughty magnet.' Kind of makes you wonder about who the homeowners were. That's what I like about estate sales, people are so different. Those sounded like TN prices - sometimes you have to wonder, seems like they'd rather take less than still have the items at the end of the sale. Did you know Nannette was going to be there? The military book seems like a good find.
Definitely a naughty magnet lol. It continues at the next sale too. Did not know Nannette would be there but she found out some info on the home owners she can share with you. It's pretty interesting and sad.
Great choices and nice double taps!
LOL. Awesome comment. Made me chuckle
That was a very funny video! It seems like there was spice around every corner!
Thanks Nannette. It was extra spicy in there!
Hi Daisy, you are the cutest and best thing in this video!👍😍
She said thank you!
I grew up near Marshall Hall Might be interested in that brochure from the DC ones you have! Thanks Love love ephemera You did well!
Interesting. Just message me Cindy if you are interested. Thanks!
A private pick would be so exciting! Thank you for the intensive video
Thanks! See the prior video for a private pick. :)
Nice to see another good video. Wish we could see more
Thanks! I have over 1100 free videos on the channel and I also have a membership with 2 live shows a month. Just had a really fun one tonight that nearly went three hours. Members can watch all of the prior member videos too.
Dom, those finds were very interesting! But expensive! You have the patience of Job!
LOL, patience is they key but these will defiitely pay off.
YES
I inherited my sister's light bright, and I loved it!
Such a great toy!
Love the items you choose ❤
I love what you said about the cards.
Do you ever pick up yearbooks?
I love the light Brite. Lmbo at the country What. Also love the vintage cards
Thank you that was fun
Thanks Robin
They put lite brights in ceramic Christmas trees
Daisy didn't get a toy either! No wonder she's not happy with daddy. You mush bring her a toy when your out sourcing. I hope Mrs Prime Time brings one back.🐾🐾🐾 mx
LOL, trust me she has no shortage on toys. :)
Definitely a shame that one of the VHS tapes was missing… lol jk. Love that scrapbook! Best find of the sale.
LOL thanks Jessie. The magazines were so explicit that I could not even show any of it lol. And there was a TON of them.
I would think you would leave boxes of stuff like that towards the end as this is something most people wouldn't look through?
Nope. When I find treasure, I dig it. Plus, there were other ephemera sellers there
New subscriber here. Do you have your EBay site available for learning how you price that ephemera? Great video. Thanks
Welcome Miss Kitty! It’s just like anything else. Research sold comps and sold similar sand compare to active listings
I could watch you all day, getting all nostalgia from the basement. I would do exactly the same😃 mx
Thanks Maria!
I’m blushing at some of those finds 😂
Oh and Hi Daisy ❤ 🐾
Yeah, it was definitely pretty spicy lol
just realized your from my neck of the woods haha subscribed!
Welcome!!
You did good taking the fabrics out..no big deal on them.
The second paragraph of that Coke letter. What the heck? LOL
😂😂😂
I have to ask do you ever get nervous plugging in old stuff? It always makes me nervous watching you 😂😂
Nah, I have never had a problem with that. It's always fun to see what will happen. lol
One of these days I will find a lite brite. We had one when we were kids and it is the one toy from my childhood other than yoyos andmy click clacks that I have always wanted to replace. One day.
Glad to bring back some nostalgia for ya!
Baby Daisy so sweet
Thanks!
You found lots of good ephemera... In the first box you thumbed through....that one book/print (4:16) with the guy with the long white beard looked like interesting art. LOVE THAT "extracted the value"....I should extract value instead of buying huge lots 🤣🤣🤣I see those spicy books got an OCTO TAP!!! lol. There's the double tap....and then there's the OCTO tap hahahahahahha....you crack me up. Can I get a shout out on one of your double taps...or an octo tap either is fine LOL LOL LOL .....👋🏽 😁 Hey Daisy...your Mom will be back soon...don't be sad.
Shout out for the OCTO TAP!!! Loved every minute of this video...fun and relaxing. Thank you for sharing!!
You are right! I wish I can tell you what that old guy was but I don't remember now lol. Yes, I keep telling ppl I don't always want or need to buy the whole box when so much f it has stuff I do not want. Exracting the value is lots of fun. An OCTO TAP! That's hilarious. All swinger stuff gets an OCTO TAP per company policy lol Yes, LOL, I will work a shout out double tap, triple tap, or Octo tap for ya. Hugs to Daisy for ya lol
Dominic I look specifically for sewing patterns and fabric. Where do you sell yours and any suggestions of how to price them?
Hi Adrianna. I sell them on eBay. Just have to search prior sold items and current listings for similar patterns and fabrics and that will give you a good sense on price
Nice score on that military academy stuff.
Thanks. Love it
The brass bookendes!
eh
that Country Crock slip😲 is because of those dirty movies you found😝
Has to be LOL
Funny you should mention the military yearbooks, I just sold a 1945 Admiral Farragut Academy yearbook this week for $70. I also got it at an estate sale.
Wow! Nice job!
its not old porn .... its vintage erotica
Works for me lol
The owners were spicy😂🙈❤️🔥
They sure were! They were extra spicy!
Hi Daisy!🫶🏻
Any company that hosts estate sales should be looking through the boxes. If they don’t you shouldn’t hire them. I have found family heirlooms in boxes that the family would have wanted!
Oh yes. See my popular video called They Want it Back!
Do you ever do flea markets? My husband does and you’d be surprised what he can sell for big bucks🤑🤑🤑🤑Grant he’s always willing to deal with ppl which makes ppl keep coming back plus we have quality items as you do
Yes. See my many many flea market videos
Are they going to have a 1/2 price day? If so I’d go back and pick up those geisha lady pictures and that mask if you didn’t take it👍🏼
No half price day with this dealer
Your ferocious, rabbit like double tapping of the "swappers" book was hilarious, I so wish you could of commented live on that one.. btw, our 10 year old yorkie is obsessed with my wife too, males just get no respect
LOL, I know right! They had that darn radio on but oh well, I just made the best of it nonverbally. Glad I gave you a good laugh! And yep, nothing like mama!
I've been to Tween Waters Inn (6:40). LOL
Wow lol
Haha I think she priced everything too! Cool stuff though!
😂😂😂 true lol
"Ephemera" is a word that you need to use in this type of haul.
Ummmm, I’ve mentioned it about 8 zillion times on my channel lol
U still have snow…..nice finds…
Yup. Thanks!
Look it works (it's a light bulb in a Box) loll
The inner components inside could have been rusted or damaged causing it not to work regardless of whether the light bulb was good. Sigh
Whats your ebay store I love all the ephemera you found
Prime Time Treasure. Link is in description. Thanks
Whoever buys those photos should be on an FBI watch list 🤢
LOL, which photos?
Freud seems to follow you wherever...😂
This is true! Lol
Freudian slip with the container.
DAISY'S A SWEETIE PIE !! 😊
You Missed the LADY "IN WAR TIME" 😊
important to keep in mind that I don’t always explain the reasons why I do not pick certain things up. It could be that I checked the book out at the time and determine that that version may not have been worth it due to the version, condition issues, etc
Nooooo, you left the 78s! Honestly for reselling they're not worth much...unless you have a rare one of course.
Lol I went through them but it was all Bing Crosby or Nat King Coke. No resale value there sadly
So I was reading ahead with the Coca-Cola letter and it was a bit bizarre. I'm slightly confused, I'm gonna have to go check it out again, the Coca-Cola guy is refusing a job opportunity bcuz?? The reason why is what's puzzling but that he'd love to be considered again down the line if no one is found, what? I dnt get it... lol. Well PT this sure was a memorable one 😂😂❤
LOL good point! The weirder the letter the better in these situations. Weird brings more money. :)
That was a fun assortment! You have been grabbing a lot of paper lately I am proud of you! =]
Yes! Thank you BG! I love the paper!
Wow no competition. Noone there
There were plenty of people there. I just try my best to avoid capturing people on video.
9:19 Re: the Coke-a-cola letterhead (2nd paragraph) - The writer is turning down a job offer?? What 'job' includes Drooling at the mouth, staring out... with bloodshot eyes, and going 'on the wagon'??? Inquiring minds need to know. LOL
Definitel weird and weird brings more money! lol
Does anyone ever see you give a thumbs down and react? Just curious
Not really because I tune them out lol
Hers a good girl ❤️
❤❤❤❤
Come back when they are loading the dumpster!
LOL. She brings it all to her personal business retail store
I am new sub

Don’t you hate when things aren’t marked
Yup!
