The other day I was playing with a guy who intentionally, successfully, and repeatedly bombed fighters out of the air in his bomber. Dropping bombs on their faces. I was thoroughly amazed.

hey phlippidy, remember when you did a "let my tankers tank" mini series? pretty sure you do since you did it again recently, but what if now its time you do it the other way around! "let my planers plane" in which you pick a top tier flying vehicle (id sugest something you havent used yet, like the BOs with new loadouts or mig 19s) and go kill chunguskas and otomagics

Play the M48 in stock configuration. But wait, there is more!! Also, use the APCR shell (i know its not stock but it manages to be worse even with more pen), play game (s) with only the stock 170mm solid round and another game(s) with the APCR that rarely does any damage whatsoever.

@PhlyDaily How about a B-29 Carpet Bomb Raid? Also, not sure if you know it, there is a keybind where you drop all your bombs with one button. Could you imagine, if you all had a tight formation, the sheer amount of 500 or 1000 pound bombs you could lay down in one area?
I've done carpet bombing flying in a tight formation in GB before. If you count both my severed wings as other aircraft. Now do it in the Lanc Mk1 with 4000lb beer kegs.

16:26 I don't think I could have said that any better if I tried. There is the need to pay some real attention to this issue, however I wont even think about holding my breath over this one.
I'd really love to play this game and have enjoyed pottering around in tier one and two. Problem is, it seems every time I want to play the game theres an enormous patch to download. Last one was something like 18Gb, the one today is over 8Gb more. Almost exclusively stuff I'll probably never play with. Begining to remember why I took it off my computer last time.
