After cleaning only air bahar ara hai. Paint bayar nahi
Container k neck pr masking tape laga kr ache se tight kro gir air pressure leak nhi hoga and machine se paint bhi bahar aa jaega easily pehle ki taraha

today i used the new buildskill pro machine to paint windows, cleaned the machine ka nozzle and container with turpentine oil. i just took turpentine oil in the container for second time and sprayed till the spray vapours became transparent like water spray... the nozzles and inside parts were completely paint free.

bro pipe ke niche joh ek sponge jaise round ka cover hota hai woh pehle din he fatgaya woh fatne se problem hoti hai kya. dusra din paint thik se nei nikal rahai hai
Hnji usey isliye lagaya gya hai taki container ache se nand ho sake rightly and koi air leak na ho pressure proper bane , agar bo cover khrab ho jaega to paint thik se machine spray nhi kregi ya niklega hi mhi

Please tight container tightly so that air pressure inside container will not leak and pressure the machine on mode and put your finger on the tip of the copper nozzle and remove after few seconds , repeat this process and you will again able to get paint out of the machine...

Keep your container air tight by just applying tape at the edges of the black foam part in which the suction pipe is installed and tight the jar properly so that air pressure can buildup in the container and paint can be pull by machine only when proper air pressure build in the container without any leak , so keep your container air tight..

Bhai hamari Buildskill spray gun se paint nahin nikal raha hai. Nozzle per hath rakhne par thoda sa paint bahar deti hai phir thoda kam, thoda aur kam aur ek dum kum paint ho jata hai. Aakhir me nozzle se paint nikalna ek dum band ho jata hai keval air aati hai. Aise me ab kya kiya jaye samajh nahin aa raha. Please help. service center 3 Baar jaa chuka hoon

Mera builskill machine paint intermittaly araaye. Lever press karne ke time spray aaraaye badh 3 - 4 second baad spray nahi aaya.. Again lever press karney 3-4 sec spray aara hum probkem kya hai
Problem hai jo pipe container me laga hota hai usme black color ka sponge packing hoti hai jisme pipe laga hota hai jo container to air tight banata hai so aap rubber ki packing laga kr try kre

Nozzle orifice hena(round wala with brass orifice ) hus mein pichey ek o ring hey.. Mera o ring pahley clean karney ke time kaiso girgaya... Sochey tjo o time bi back Presure nahi aaraye.. Mein ek videomein ek o ring deka.. To finally o ring kera pass nahi hey is keliye mein e rubber band tight mein daala 🙂.. Baad mein machine teek hogaya🙂.. Paint aaraahey👍...

Ok in your case the o ring is culprit.
Bhai tumhara naseeb achha hai ki machine ne pura kam kar diya bina ruke bina thake. Hame to jo machine mili hai woh baar baar brand pad jati hai. Use theek karane ko gaye to ek bar to unhone hathon hath theek karke de di thi lekin phir band pad gai. Mushkil se kuch samay hi chal pai. Abhi phir se theek hone ke liye chhod kar aaye hain. Umeed hai ki ab jab theek hoker aayegi to badhiya kam karegi. Tab tak intezaar... Lekin agar machine band hi pad jaye to kya karen ?
Agar machine band pad ja rhi hai to iska sidha sidha matlab hai k machine ki motor ne electric fault hai warranty me hogi to bolo dahi se thi krke de and agar badme warranty khtam hone k baad khrab hoti hai to spare part mil jate hai to motor hi change kr dena 700 k aas paas me mil jati hai original

Bhai ek jankari chaahiye ki Buildskill spray machine lagataar kitni der tak chal sakti hai ? Ek cup, 2 cup ya 3 cup. Hame to yeh mahsoos hua hai ki ek cup paint karne par hi gun garm ho jati hai. Phir kitni der tak intejar karna chahiye. Bhai ye batane ki kirpa karen.

aapnw isko constant kitna use kiya he ? kya ye garam hote he machine ?
Garam hoti hai but itna nhi k work na kr skey constant and motor tbhi work krti hai jb trigger press hota hai so koi bhi work easily ho jaega non stop aise keh nhi skte because bich bich me trigger chodna hi padta hai....
Maine 4-5 hours use kia hai wearing gloves. Did a pretty good job.

First check the wire and if wire is fine then check the carbon brushes of the motor hopefully these 2 problem is the main reason of motor not working...
