Since I was a little boy, a teenager and all that. I am a huge sports fan and I've been playing sports all my life. I played basketball and football for my high school and summer league baseball and I work out. I used to run marathons and do those things that I thought were going to be beneficial for me at this time in my life.

SOUNDBITE (English) Smokey Robinson, recording artist: "I've been a vegan for about 14 months and it wasn't a huge transition for me though because I was a vegetarian for, gosh I started that in 1972, you know. And I haven't had any red meat since 1972. I was just fish and fowl when I did eat meat. so to become a vegan was not a big transition for me. But I'm enjoying that because I feel really good. I feel really good."

SOUNDBITE (English) Frances Robinson, interior designer: "I come from a family of five girls and my mother used to always tell us, 'make sure you wash your face every evening before you go to bed, especially if you put make up on so it doesn't get into your pores.' But she used to hand us a bar of laundry soap and we use laundry soap at one time and maybe that helped. I don't know. But I probably think in my late twenties I started paying more attention to my skin. In my late twenties, early thirties I started paying more attention to my skin. That's why I say you can't be too young to start."

Smokey Robinson credits the habits that were instilled in him as a child with helping him maintain a healthy, active lifestyle _ including being able to tour the country at 76.
"I am a huge sports fan and I've been playing sports all my life. I played basketball and football for my high school and summer league baseball and I work out. I used to run marathons and do those things that I thought were going to be beneficial for me at this time in my life," he said in an interview last week.

SMOKEY and Frances are both Gorgeous.Heathy living does pay. Smokey has the Midas touch, I love his endeavors (music: writing, performing, producing) perfume, Author, Food, acting, Skincare, Wine, philanthpist, just to name a few.... If you guys are an example of your products, it should sell extremely well! Much success in your "current" endeavor!
He also did Yoga but he was lucky, after he got off of Drugs he really got his life back on the right track. He played Football in High School. He's very lucky along with Ronald Isley is that they outlived so many R & B Legends many of which lost their lives to addictions.
I love Smokey
He must have the fountain of youth !
I've been eating junk food my whole life and I continue to do so & I feel just great, even my dog doesn't recognize me anymore he starts barking the moment I walk through that door & never stops until I leave the house. So every chance I get, I stop by Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, Burger King & all you can eat buffets, starting off with french fries, hamburgers, Tacos, etc. you name it. So if you want to be the talk of the town, feed your face incessantly until your clothes no longer fit but you feel great.

Well, I do own the black and white necktie. Let me say this, I've been a Country singer for a long time but I always looked at Smokey as my music isle. You just can't help loving him. God has blessed us all. Think of it, without Smokey, what would we have? Be thankful.
Smokey stop taking drugs 💉 many yrs ago. He went into 2 a Chruch and got delivered from drugs. By God Grace and Mercy 😇❗ Smokey! always give God The Praises 4 setting u free.
I loved you Smokey since I was eight years old. Keep up with what you are doing, a lot of us especially I need to have a healthy lifestyle. I am sixty-years young and don't have any wrinkles on my face or crows feet when I smile. I credit that to my dad. He died in 2014 at the young age of eighty- eight and he didn't have not one wrinkle on his face either. I also credit Proactive products.
I had a super medium rare steak for dinner and I too feel wonderful!!
