@@CH-Journey Thank you very much. I've been a massive fan of hers since AGT. It is a pity that the label were so domineering over her. She could have been in the position of Taylor Swift or the likes by now if they allowed her to do her thing.
@@darrenbent7601 Perhaps it's better like that. Now she is independant and can do what she want. But yes it is more difficult this way. Courtney prove, with great will, lot of work and humility that she can handle it. The recording session for her first album with Kevin Bowe is now finished so the album will be release soon. Yes, Courtney have to wait 5 years for it but now it"s here...
@@CH-Journey The last time I heard a voice as unique as hers was probably mid 90s to the mid 2000s. Mariah Carey, Shania Twain, Kelly Clarkson... etc.
There has never been a singer that I know of where I can still remember all of the original songs, and most covers too, like I can remember of Courtney. And it is not just the ones since AGT, the popular ones, it is also the earlier ones too, like her version of Otis Redding's A Change Is Gonna Come, Etta James At Last... and others like these.
She is just phenomenal, and her rocket ship is gonna take off when she gets her name out there again.
More like Courtney had talent but she lost it. Her old music had spunk n life her new stuff is dead
