We had an airline break our stroller. The belt clip snapped off so we couldnt buckle our son in. Luckily it was on our way home and when i showed to the stroller was unusable they wrote us a check for the current amazon price of the stroller.
omg I'm sorry to point this out but I am DYING laughing at the "renal homes" typo. oh no XD but Jessica, I thought of that too! That a mom and a child would be 2 people! Must be a mom/wife mentality! whoops! But you're 3 people technically! You should've taken the bigger dresser, momma! You're too sweet
I am impressed with the way you guys are able to keep your cool when dealing with these stressful situations. I can't imagine being worried about all the kids and the car and the stroller and still being calm and collected. You are amazing and wonderful parents and role models we look up to you. I am such a huge fan and I have been watching your family since parker was a toddler and now he is a very great boy that loves to express himself . Bailey has become a well rounded girl and Jacob has become a great big brother. I remember when jessica was pregnant with duncan and now I enjoy seeing your family with your new addition of luke. I am a huge fan of Jet Blue!!! Their customer service is absolutely amazing! Also we use their credit card and we have already bought two free flights with the points from their credit card!

Jet Blue is the best airline around today, hands down. Always a pleasant experience, even while dealing with problems. Seriously, leaps and bounds better than all other airlines I’ve personally flown with.

I always forget how intelligent and CUTE duncan is!! Loved his little tour and him making sure you saw the last "room" 😂
I've had that problem with reserving a room. I paid for a queen bed, view of ocean, top floor as it is my husband and I. We got a twin bed, 1st floor and no view. I refused to pay untill I got my room. The price difference was 10 a night. That may make me sound crazy but when your on a budget and your husband is 6' 2" and can't fit in a twin without his legs hanging off, I feel that makes sense lol

i’ve had similar issues with rooms too. there have been several times i’ve booked a handicap, double queen room, and upon arrival they’ve tried to give me a regular room with either a twin or a single king. i’m in a wheelchair, my brother and dad are both nearly 6’0” and my mother is like 5’4”, there’s absolutely no way were all fitting in a single king bed, much less a twin. it’s ridiculous! and that’s not even including the fact that they expect a disabled person to use a regular, non accessible, bathroom. there’s no way i can climb over the tub to shower, but they would rather give those rooms to random people who don’t need them. it’s a shame, truly.

I had a similar experience with the rental car thing and I agree how scary it! I called the customer service and they weren't too helpful but I did get a refund at the end of the day. I've had better luck with other services out there! Good luck!

I wish everyone could be like you!! Your all just such amazing people and I'm so glad I get to watch your amazing family! I'm 36 sadly don't think I will have children of my own iv sadly not been blessed there and also not been blessed with a partner (was sadly a domestic violence victim) however 10yrs later I'm finally happy with me and have the most incredible family and neices and nephews who I helped raise and can actually say my heart is happy 😊

Airline baggage help are amazing!!!
We had a nightmare experience on our way home from alaska while baby Jackson was under a month old! The people at the baggage help desk took amazing care of us and made everything better! They helped us resolve everything and gave us extra points and perks!

I've been watching so many old videos of theirs that I hadn't seen, that I didn't even notice anything odd about the outro XD
I'm so happy that it's back! Yay :D
First, I wanted to tell you that your family inspired me to get an AirBnB for my Disney trip back at the end of January. I was not disappointed!! I loved that we had more space, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and fun themed rooms! We had friends join us as well, and there was a room for them! So thank you for always showing off those rental homes and how great they can be.
Second, we had issues with Budget in Orlando as well!!! First, they were taking their sweet time with each customer, and we had to wait forever even though the line was not long. We just rented a simple sedan, for two of us, and they were acting as if this was the first time anyone had ever rented a car! Second, we wanted to have it in writing that the $100 deposit for bringing back the car undamaged was refundable, because there was nothing about that in the original language. And they wouldn’t give it to us! All they said was “You can walk away now if you want and not get the car, but we need the deposit.” VERY helpful, thanks. 🙄🙄🙄 It was such a sour start to our trip.
