Boy that $10 boat trip was off the chain. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, put a tear in my eye. That’s a nice trip to take Honey on.Czech you doing it man, great vid.
"Nao chegue voando", means something like "don't come rushing". But you were right, voando means flying, so you can say " don't come flying/rushing". "Respeite os locais", means "respect the places" and "Ei Turistas, de bom dia", means "Hey Tourists, wish a good day/good morning". Also, "Jogue seu lixo no lixo", means "Throw your garbage in the garbage". Lixo means garbage, which is pronounced "Leescho".
Thanks for clarifying
Great job Lucas!!
“Respeite os locais” means RESPECT THE LOCALS
I think the LOCAIS despite meaning "places" in this case it means the locals (people).
Os locais que tem escrito lá se refere aos moradores locais
I love your channel. I love how you're respectful and respectable regarding the customs of the area. Thank you for not embarrassing America as happens so many times throughout the world.
Ud b amazed how many immigrants come to America n embarrass the shit out of their home countries
2:36 There you go. One of the bests views in Brazil. I love my country! ❤️🇧🇷
Lol cuh
Very nice!
😂🤣🤣🤣 we appreciate that
I would definitely like to visit but the most important thing is learning the language
46:01 even better
We really enjoy your content. I don't travel as much but can do so vicariously through your videos. I really like to mingle with the locals as well when I travel to other countries. Get off the beaten path. Keep up the good work.
@vid 2:44, that painting is straight love, i can't thank you enough to show us all of our ancestrial cultre, and the knowledge and messages that our ancestor left for us. REAL TALK, thank you young priest. hopefully one day i will be able to travel like you do
I'm in love with Brazil now because it's different to what they show on the news❤️🇿🇦
Absolutely excellent content. Strong sense of place populated by today's reality. Loved it! ...
Yo' brother Czech, this video is definitely an eyeopener! Brazil is awesome, especially the people, definitely going there soon brother!
You forgot to emphasize on the black art on the walls. Great job on visiting Salvador, Bahia much respect a very historical city of Afro Brazilians

Brazil is famous for its iconic carnival festival and its talented soccer players like Pelé and Neymar. Brazil is also known for its tropical beaches, exquisite waterfalls, and the Amazon rainforest.
Soccer match last night was 🔥 easy win 4-0
@@Czechineffect Easy win for who? Not for you. You are not Brazilian. You are a gringo from the USA.
@@South_American You know what else is an ez win? The money you put in his pocket watching his videos. When he travels to places you wish you could go, know that you funded that..hater. keep doing your thing @Czech in effect! Keep up the good work! 💪🏾
@@South_American
I don't care what you said unless you're romario or a charming girl😁

👍🏻
Beautiful, peaceful. I love down to earth. Slow motion !!
You walk around for a bit and you think you're supposed to feel sorry for the people who live there, and to an extent I do, then you walk around some more and see the tight knit community, the ocean views, the beauty in the cracks, and the history built into the place and you understand why these people may not want to leave.
They are so ok, being poor or rather rich at times is only a state of mind
in 1st world countries ppl live isolated lives in general, don't even know their neighbors. Those places a good neighbor is better than a far away relative...
WELL SAID MY FRIEND :-) I AGREE
This place is beautiful, and the people I had the chance to go to Brazil 🇧🇷 I should have done it on my bucketlist
I am Brazilian and i understand how much they appreciate when you tip them. Thank you.
Shalom ny brotha' love this video and the excellent quality of it... I googled the two saying on these dope pieces of art...the first one: ''Respeite Os Locais''means ''Respect The Locals'' (however I agree with you when you said respect this place mainly because we should be around destroying property), and the last one you mentioned: ''El Turista De Bom Dia'' means ''The Good Morning Tourist''. I have a brotha' named Reluctant Nabi who frequents Brazil, and I leraned from him personally and through his channel how to say certain phrases, and I'm sure you know as well...anyhow great video...STR8🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯...Shalom
Dope video very informational content and what a beautiful place 🤝🏾

Big up
Yo Czech this was Dope!! finally seeing the real down home folks and the morenas !! More to Brazil than Rio, Maybe not as glamorous as Rio, you're showing a different angle ,maybe more people will tour and spend money in these area, and the people are genuine and showing you love!! Good job!!
I went to an area like that in Bahia. It had a great ocean view. I would say that it was a poor area overlooking the ocean. I asked the people there about poverty. They acknowledged that they were poor ... but .... As we gazed out at the terrific ocean they informed me that they were quite content.
They walk or take an inexpensive bus to where they need to go. If you never had a Mercedes you don't really miss it they pointed out to me. There is no violence, fighting or stealing in their area. They grow healthy veggies in their garden and we ate fresh caught fish from the ocean.
We also drank cheap rum and danced to fun samba music to pass the evening. As I gazed out at the stars and ocean I realized what a wonder life they live for a happy life with good family and friends!
That evening really had me rethink the fast big city life that many of us live. Back in the US we are constantly trying to get fancy cars and giant houses but are we really happy? Consumerism rules back in the U.S. and also bigger Brazilian cities like Rio and SP.
Salvador Bahia is often overlooked by visitors but I encourage folks to visit.
It makes you think hard about our priorities. Should we live to make money or make money to live?!
Can't wait too see this one Czech 🇺🇸🇧🇷🤙🏾✊🏿
its a very nice video
Love what you're doing brother you show us so much content from many different regions and perspectives keep going big dawg your work is much appreciated 💪🏾
💯👊🏽
@@Czechineffect I love Brazil 🇧🇷 and I would like to pay visit to Brazil. How do I go about that,i would like to marry a Brazilian girl
I really enjoy you videos, Brazil, reminds me a lot of my native, DR the only thing a lot bigger, but the people are always out and about mingling and enjoying life.
Bruh I can't afford to go anywhere so I enjoy traveling with you online
Yes you can. There are always specials for flights and 1 dollar is equal to 5.5 Reis in Brasil. You just gotta go for it!
For the best price for flights it's better to call the airline than buy off the internet.
@@tyraycurry8724 agree
Me either I have to save 🤷♀️👍
BRAZIL, 80% OF PEOPLE LIVE IN EXTREME POVERTY.

Always official videos Bro . Keep up da great work. Brooklyn ny sending support Bro
Have you thought about getting a GoPro and maybe strapping it to a vest or possible cut a hole out in your hat and sticking it in there to be more covert? Not sure if you have addressed it yet, but just an idea.
Best idea ever for filming the scenery.
If i may jump in. Maybe a 4k sunglasses to film. You dont have to hold anything in your hand. Just walk and talk.
If I can remember vividly Bahia has large Nigerian Yoruba ancestry.
I can believe that
No, It is sudanese
@@camilatsunemori1188 No Sudanese were taken slavery to the Americas. Sudanese were taken to Arab world or middle east.

The 1st one you read it means respect the locals Meaning people or area🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Some of the best travel videos, ever!
Bro hit up Bar do Lėo at Rua Góes Calmon, 63 - Saúde, Salvador - BA. Some of the best churrasco, cerveja, cool ass locals, the women are fun and down to earth. Man I love this place. Met sooooo many lifelong friends here in 2 days. These people literally call me almost every week since I been back. Love Salvador man. Czech you’re doing great work showing this amazing state.
Great and authentic Bahia, Brazil footage!
Great work Fam
Brasil e o melhor lugar do mundo !
Sei bem disso quando fui para Portugal, prefiro ganhar menos e morar em meu 🇧🇷
Great content..You should go back there in August. There is a Afro Brazilian festival 2 hours bus ride from Salvador ( Cachoeira) given by The Sisterhood of Good Death (Irmandade da Bao Morte). It's an Afro Brazilian religious order. The festival goes from solem rituals and turns into dancing, drinking an partying! You'll love it..
It’s in August what day?
@@Czechineffect can't remember exactly. But when I went back in 09 i think it started that first Friday of August. Just mention it to the locals there. Or the older black/mixed women with the elaborate white dresses and head covers around town. Especially in Pelourinho. They are part of the order.
Great video. Thanks Fabulous. Never showed regularly..
That lil area at 45:59 was dope as hell. Looked like nice view of what the area has to offer!
Beautiful place 😍
A very good video brother. I enjoy it👍👌
Good and informative travel videos .

I’m headed to Salvador too and Brahma is my favorite also. I guess I will have to find a new drink.
You can find it just not at many places so have a back up beer 👍
Alguém tinha que dizer ao Czech que a península itapagipana em Salvador é mágica.Eu fui nascido e criado lá.

Love this video! That stew looks like shrimp moqueca. Delicious, but it, let's just say takes awhile for the American system to get used to because of the dende oil!☺
Palm oil ! It's what u is tryin to talking bout
@@adrianosantanaadriano1791 see how opinionated you are?! Dendê oil “IS” a type of palm oil, therefore calling it dendê oil is ok.

Brasileiros discutindo por causa de besteira.kkkkkkkkkkk.
He asks for a glass of beer, she gets him the whole bottle and he's like "i wanted a small glass". what she does in response is she pours herself one too to drink with him, god that's absolutely hilarious
Nice tour!
Those 2 at 46:01 🔥🔥👀
I use to be a big Labatt Blue drinker. Drank it as a teen into my 30’s. Lived in Detroit, next to Canada. Never forget being in Nashville Tennessee and the looks I would get when I asked if they had it 😂 it was like I was speaking Martian, they would pronounce it back all jacked up…This was late 90’s early 00’s. I think it may be available down south now. But my point is at least these people knew what you were asking for back then in Tennessee they thought I was mumbling or something. Btw love you videos makes me feel a bit like I’m there 👍
que país maravilhoso esse nosso brasil! Pena ser tão roubado pelos políticos! Nosso povo tem hospitalidade e alegria, adoramos receber os gringos!
