Have you tried pressure testing these? I'm skeptical of the efficacy of most of these techniques, to say the least. I can explain exactly why. Still, it's much easier to criticize than it is to actually create something, so props for putting yourself out there.
We pressure test all our techniques. Krav Maga has been pressure tested by Police, Military, and Civilian training centers all over the world. It's a great system to learn for self defense :) Good point though. In future videos we'll incorporate a pressure test! Any technique you'd like to see specifically?
Except the hair pull defense, I've tried all the other defenses demonstrated here and they work exceptionally well. Naomi is an excellent (fun, patient, competent) teacher. Come on in for a class and I think you'll see for yourself.
Give the technique a try and see if it works! I think you'll find it will. A question was presented to James of 'what if the technique isn't working?' His reply was 'do the technique'. Meaning don't be so nice and you'll find that works- we all want to be nice to our training partners. I found that he was right, if I got stuck in a technique it was me not doing the technique I was holding back too much. James, was simply, right 'do the technique.'
Excellent technique at :34 with the ball of the foot. You can tell she knows what she's doing and has some power, good job! And he's lucky that nut cup saved his bacon!
You definitely can but it's not the same groin protector as a male would wear. If you keep getting incidental contact in training look up a female groin protector or ask your instructor for a recommendation.
Relevant and practical. Good job CO Krav Maga.
Thx Brian! See you in class :)
Respect from Russia. Watched almost every self defense vid since 2007 - you are awesome. Next time you could also show every way of a knee strike 😎👍
For sure! Make sure to hit that subscribe button so you don't miss out. Knees are next!
that punch to the balls were amazing can you upload more groin kicking self defence videos

Krav Maga focuses on real world situations and pressure testing
@@aliasalias9768 Not some of the Krav Maga I've seen. I'll respond to the above comments when I find the time, it's a very worthwhile discussion.

Thanks! She is a great instructor! :)
Should women wear groin protectors too?
