Hello! This is a super simple dish ^^
Today, I prepared tofu fried rice!
Ingredients (based on serving)
1/2 hair of tofu
1/3 of the green onion
an egg
1 spoonful of soy sauce
1/2 bowl of rice
Additional ingredients
Sesame oil
Sesame
How to make
1. Cut the green onion in half
2. Place tofu in a pan over medium-low heat and mash
3. When all the water in the tofu is gone, add cooking oil and stir-fry it lightly
4. Push tofu aside and add green onions and eggs
5. Mix together, add soy sauce and mix again
6. Add rice and mix well
7. I realize it after eating it
8. I neglected to make tofu
