- More women are entering the marine industry today than ever before.
Since the industry has become well known as an excellent career path for any gender, the workforce demographic is changing, and more women are choosing a lifestyle on the water.
BOAT BOSS heads to God’s Country for a recruiting trip and to share words of wisdom with the students at Great Lakes Boat Building School.
It was so refreshing to see more women in trade school learning the manufacturing, renovation, and mechanical side of boats.
