To answer your question:
A traditional cappuccino has an even distribution of espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. A latte has way more steamed milk and a light layer of foam. A cappuccino is distinctly layered, while in a latte the espresso and steamed milk are blended together.

with covid and everything, starbucks hasn't been able to keep up with a lot of demand. and so things like the strawberryrefresher, the tea infusions, cup carriers, etc, were always out:(
(also when she said "megan dragon" that's actually the #1 drink flubbed and everyone ALWAYS says megan. we have a barista named megan, she hates it when people say megan dragon lol)
