I dont know the way I read the Hotfix changes it is a nerf again? Up to 8 flat magic damage on hit but 5% less AP scaling. For a normal AP Teemo build that is less damage, this would only be a "buff" for the on-hit Bork Teemo build tbh

You can do this on any damage ovet time abilities. Morgana puddle nasus e shyvana e etc. Funny enough this build counters teemo.
a few videos ago (i think it was a xerath game you played) you said that you quit playing him because it didnt really matter how well you did becasue you could only do so much damage from the back line. or something to that effect, i just had a Lux game where when i wasnt peeling mysefl from a Jax and a Xin beeling right to me, i experienced exactly that and it was incredibly frustrating. also have you ever experienced ranked anxiety and how do you get past it if so.

It's quite hilarious that the balance team no longer knows what they're doing that they have to hotfix revert then buff a champ. Teemo isn't that OP, people just don't know how to play against him for no reason lol.
P.S. Zwag, yes, the Liandry's still has the same passive as the masks as well, it's just a different name, which IS unique.

As a top laner I despice ranged top laner , Teemo is one of them . Yesterday I played against one , I was Jax . He crushed me early . I was 0/4 I think and he had about 30 cs advantage on me . Good thing Jax is even more broken than Teemo and I outscaled him in the mid game , won my team a few team fights and won the game in the end . The only Teemo top lane player I respect is Zwag , cuz Zwag is awesome . Fuck other ranged top laners
I curently end up in bronze and can't climb up... not becouse of me that the point I belive I play well enought to be atlest silver top but those people are giving up constantly feeding or just quiting the game after 5min wtf worst kind of players:)
I hate people like this brand... 1 misstake and he starts to mental boom, typing "x9 someone", trying to ff the very second someone makes first mistake. There should be some kind of supervising tech that could detect this behivor and give them like an hour to chill in form of ranked restriction, if it doesnt help maybe even whole day ban from league. I thing it would be helpfull for their mental health too!
