LOL...it is a stock photo. Maybe I can remind you of the fact that Shiv himself is not represented realistically in ANY painting, and is mainly symbolic as an entity.
And really, check the snake; it is a HOODED snake, which indicates it is not a viper anyway. But if we are going for realism, we might as well just remove Shiv from the picture. Hindu deities are in essence human aspects personified, and all depictions of deities are symbolic representations of those aspects/personalities/traits. You could say that the deities are very similar to the archetypes in Jungian psychology, really, but idealized. This kind of devotional art is not about realism.
