Hello i have one question i got my aps verification mail yesterday, but my name spelling is wrong in that , and aps office , they said the website will activate in 2 days and also my university enrollment date is 31st October , i have to book visa slot , so my question can i book my visa slot with file number or should wait for my updated (aps) .. i have doubt regarding that..

I think you should go with your process and let all the necessary authorities know about your situation and also tell them, you will upload new certificates as soon as you receive it.

Hi Akshun, my middle name in all education certificates is single chracter but in passport, its expanded I think its due to passport policy. Can u plz let me know which one I should enter while filling APS certificate and all future certificates.
Always mention your passport name. In addition to that, you can also get an affidavit stating that both of the names are same.

I applied for APS on January 2nd 2023 and paid the fees of rupees 18000 too. But due to wrong email ID I had to delete the account and recreated the account on March 6th 2023 with payment details of January 2nd 2023.Till now I haven't received any confirmation on payment

@rose josh Did APS India mailed you to make new account or did you it by yourself? If APS office contacted you, then there is a chance that you may receive your certificate soon. However, if it is not the case then mostly it may take time to get your certificate.
For the second question regarding professor E-mail ID. You can E-mail APS with their details.
@@akshundogra Yes aps office told me recreate the account and they told me to signed scanned copy of my application as pdf attachment via mail this was on the month of March.After that no info
If anyone doesn't know how to complete a once failed ONLINE payment again I just found out the trick on the website and it worked for me. Ping me if anyone needs help who has failed their APS payment at the last step online and don't know what to do. Hopefully my APS will process soon now . I'll update once it's done.
Bro the mail Id I have entered of My College Professor is no longer working as she has left the college for personal reasons. What should I do to change the email address as I can't access the information online. Tho I have sent my notarized documents and a letter informing me to change the email id of the professor and gave them the working one. I have got admitted for winter intake. Will it be helpful and will I get the apps in time? Please do reply and help me,.
You can mail APS with the new professor or anyone who can verify your document in your Indian University.

what if the student has 2 degrees from 2 different colleges - how can the current professor verify the past degree of the student?
how can any professor 'verify' our 10th & 12th marksheet?
my college administration, infact almost every college in India- is notorious for not responding to emails at all. There's no concept of professionalism here.
Only a few professors, who thankully follow work ethics, do respond to mails. queries.
my college only has 1-2 professors who reply to emails.
what should their reply be like to the aps?
how can professor vouch for my previous degree?
regarding online portal - in my case, students can check their result online - though online viewing gets disabled and becomes 'paid' if certain time has elapsed.

Answers to your quieries
1. it is either professor or education wing that verify your degree. They know what all APS require, so they will verify it and send to aps.
2. If your board is CBSE, then it is very easy to verify. If it is some else APS usually mails the board directly and verify it.
3. If you have a method through which aps can watch your result online. It is the best thing and save a lot of time.However, it should be you institute link thought which they can verify ( online portals) and not any screenshot or pdf.

@kinshukzzz usually universities give provisional degree after 7th semester. If your university is giving a provisional degree after 6 semester then you can apply for APS, or else you have to wait.

I don't understand how people already have admits and then applying for APS. Universities have made it compulsory to submit APS documents along with application forms, before the application deadline. APS document submission deadline is the same as the university application deadline, they don't extend it for any reason whatsoever. How are people already having admits?

@@akshundogra yes i have already watched this video, it has motivated me the most to go to Germany (especially the traveling part) but the salaries in Germany are not as high as in Australia and it also has high tax. I have been researching about this from a couple of days and i found that the student life is much better in Germany, but right now i think it's stupid for me to worry about 😅 as i am just in 10th

Hey! I tried making an online payment but the payment got cancelled. I now paid via the traditional way, by doing IMPS to their bank account. The status on my portal still shows Cancelled. How does it work? Do you think they take more time to process offline payments? I’m really worried at the moment.
once they verify your payment it will be changed to completed
