Well done, G&G Team. Lauren is a tough act to follow, but you all rose to the challenge and smashed it! Very informative video, keep up the good work and thank you.
Thank you so much g and g team for a great video! 😊
Love this idea!! Excited for more of these.❤
Another great video. Already looking forward to the next one. Have a great Easter all.
Great blog, very original and gets you wanting to stitch again. Good luck Lesley, she has helped me spend lots of money in the shop, always a pleasure to visit ❤
G&G team are doing a wonderful job!
Great job. Thank you so much for pushing yourselves out of what may be your comfort zone for us. Much appreciated 😊. Lynne
Thanks for demonstrating the narrow loop turner. I've never had much success with it, and now I know I've been doing it wrong 😂
Brilliant demonstration on the loop turner , hadn’t realised how to do it until now x
Me neither, now I see why they might be more effective than a knitting needle!
Thank you really useful info 👍🏻😊
Thanks Everyone, have a good rest over Easter 🐣
Your videos are so much fun! And informative. I'd appreciate knowing what everyone's pattern and fabric are for garments you are wearing! If they are pieces you've made. Especially the green blouse,, and black and white blouse this time. Thanks.
Hi Heather, I'm so pleased you are enjoying the videos. The green blouse Rosie is wearing is a ready to wear one this time but she thinks it's pretty similar to the Friday Pattern Company Ilford and I reckon if you made it in one of our Sorona linens you'd get a similar effect. Lornas black and white and black one is the Lisel and Co Geneva Blouse in our Monochrome abstract viscose guthrie-ghani.co.uk/shop/fabric/monochrome-abstract-animal-viscose-fabric. I hope that helps :)
Great video girls, thank you for taking the time to produce them during Lauren's time away.
Great information! Loved your loop turner demos Lorna!! Thanks much to all of you!
You’re all doing a great job girls 🧵✂️💕
"We love a striped jersey here" - same at my house! 😁 Thanks so much Rosie, Becca, Hannah, and Lorna (and Lesley!). Really enjoyed the video and am looking forward to seeing what you make!
Loving these videos thank you! ❤
Thank you all x
Love this video!
Thanks everyone 😊
Great video, thanks so much to you all.
Thank you! Lovely explanation of turning straps.
For staff pattern review, I'm looking for a shorter jacket pattern which is not a jeans jacket, with possibly lower band, button front and close-to-hem large patch pockets. My current ideas and inspiration are the Fibre Mood Madou made by Blogless Anna. Or my other choice, a shorter Itch-to-stitch Delaware. Thanks.
Have both the loop turners in my arsenal but never realised you are supposed to pierce fabric with sticky out bit which might explain why I have never have much success with that one …!
Brilliant vlog girls and you are doing a wonderful job in Lauren’s absence 🤩 I loved the recording outage 😂 Far too many gorgeous fabrics. ❤
Thank you for answering my bias cut fabric question Becca! Great video everyone 😊
I'm newish to sewing and eyeing off the Megan Nielsen Darling Ranges and would love to see it made up in something floaty!
The Assembly Line v neck jumpsuit would be a great idea for the staff pattern review
😅
Thank you for answering my loop turning question Lorna! And I will miss Lesley 😢
Great video! Please share the name of bamboo blend fabric for pants 👖 ☺️
You're doing a great job in Lauren's absence. I have a question re interfacing and the grainline. I'm currently working on the Masn Amalfi blouse and it has a neck and button placket all in one. I'm trying to conserve fabric and also trying out block interfacing. My question is: do you need to keep to the grainline if you're using interfacing on the placket? Many thanks. Pip
