unfortunately unless you have proven your worth it is not possible. Society today is really fast paced if someone who is full of passion at start then dumb at end it will hinder the system. that is why degree is part of criteria for assurance. sure there are undergrads that are far better than degree holder but they are very rare. holding a degree is not an easy feat. undergoing years of stress and hard work. What need to change is the system that hands out these degrees. some unworthy, some liars, and some evil are getting these rights underhanded.

I was studying in class 10 when I saw this movie for the first time in Nepal . A friend of mine told me that a film has released called 3 idiots which has become a huge hit. I have the DVD cassette and had to watch it today. And we watched it at night sitting at his house and really liked it. It has been my absolute favorite movie ever since that day. When I watch this movie , it reminds me lots of memories of past life. It will always be the best movie till my life. Thank you India for giving this masterpiece to the world. When Virus gave him his pen, he also gave him the lesson of humbleness, to know that although he is extraordinarily smart, he cannot be right all the time, and also people who invent such solutions have contemplated on many things that we might usually ignore...in other words, a person can be "cleaver" but "intelligence" requires work.
Virus gave Rancho a legacy of geniuses. He, at this point, is convinced that Rancho is worthy and also made sure (through this conversation) that he remains worthy and never becomes overconfident in his life.

The pen itself didn't cost that much nasa bough the pen for 400 for some hundred dollars all those money actually went into r and d not actually the pen....
