Hindi kasi nila hilig mag sayaw , napipilitan lang sila kaya kitang kita sa output.
Performer sila at may practice naman sila pero hindi nila ma perfect yung performance?
I think ur comment can apply to countries outside of the philippines. But if I remember correctly there is almost always class performances in school from grade school to highschool. They probably just lacked enough practice time or wasnt as passionate to give a good enough performance. :)
