This was at a concert called the VH1 The Who Rock Honors 2008. The Who themselves performed an hour long set. This is a fantastic song from the rock opera Quadrophenia which was entirely written by Pete Townshend, released as a double album in 1973. Pearl Jam do a phenomenal job here and Eddie Vedder really excels with his vocals and the screams! A few bits of info: the actor at the beginning of the video is Sean Penn. All of their albums are really good tbh, but their first 6 IMO are their best. They've had charting hits from all of their 12 studio albums. Ten is an amazing album from start to finish, but I encourage folks not to sleep on their subsequent ones.

CSI Miami I think uses Won't Get Fooled Again by The Who, CSI NY uses Baba O'Riley by The Who & CSI uses Who Are You by The Who.
