Just want to say thanks for the videos and content. Even though I am a respiratory therapist, I still refresh myself by watching your videos. Also I always tell the clinical students I precept to watch your videos. Great content!
That's awesome! The only way to prevent complacency is by continuing to learn and refresh your knowledge base post graduation. Great job modeling this for your area students. And thanks for passing the word along! Strong work!

Volume limitation on Hamilton G5 on volume mode ? What could be the reason
I'm looking into this for you. I personally don't work with the G5. Stay tuned.
You are the best! You call us future respiratory therapist and I call you SUPER RESPIRATORY THERAPIST 💪🫁🤍
how do i make the vent sensitive to my px though? if i set the flow trigger at 5, does it make it more sensitive to the px or the other way around? and how about in pressure trigger?
Video response coming soon! Like very soon! Don't miss it. Thank you for watching and for commenting!
sir when the vent hit alarm , does it stop givie the breath .
Yes, the high pressure alarm terminates the breath. In PRVC, the high pressure alarm is used as a setting for the vent to know how high to increase the pressure to when needed.
Side note: a lot of us haven’t seen this in the clinical setting, so it can be hard to visualize.
Give it time. You'll see it, and it will all make sense!
And thank you for watching and commenting!
Love your videos thanks!!
