@@Angel-ef7oqBray is at county Wicklow, as it is near to Dublin there is only a small difference in the expenses . But it’s very easy to reach all areas in Dublin if you live at bray . And there is a beach, place is so beautiful and regarding storms and Tsunamis god knows 😂

Bray is a very dangerous place to live so is greystones. Drug issues and not safe beside the beach. Lot of drunks on the beach. People get murdered and shot stabbed and women attacks all the time. Many women have disappeared in Ireland over the years never to be found. You are safer in Kerala for sure.
