Thats the point Dhruti, to get you to dance in your own space, at you own time. But please do join a local recourse centre if you can. Then it will help you enjoy this journey a bit more. Good luck.
Yes,it necessary for all dance students, whatever the age, gender, experience etc. etc. It is best to avoid injury. Please add this habit of doing a warm up and cool down session in your dance routine. Please Gautam. Thank you.
Thanks for a quick reply. So we have to use arala only in utpatti is what I understand. Further I would like to know about the use tripataka mudra in the video while demonstration of suchitas. While showing suchitas with right, your left hand was in arala ( 1:26 ) but when showing with left, your right hand was in tripataka( 1:33 ). What's the reason behind this variation in positions of the other hand?
Mam, at 1:33 your right hand was in Tripataka while performing suchitas with left hand. But when performing suchitas with right hand, the left hand was in arala. Is it customary to do that way ? Can arala be used on both the hands?
Krishna, please use arala mudras when the hand is at uttpati position. Use suchitas when pointing at different levels and in different directions. Thats the suggestion I would like to share.

Anju ojha when you exercise aggressively and then suddenly stop it, with little or no change in your diet... then....well, weight gain is the result. My experience tells me this.
