It was Hui 's choice to do this... he knew what the program was... did he think it would be this challenging... I think not ... many of these youngsters are super talented and fearless.

The thing about survival shows, we always look for performances that can give justice to the original songs they are given to perform. DO's high note in this song is very iconic to us, exols. There's nothing wrong in improvising, don't get me wrong. I love Hui's vocal range but it may sounds too much for this. I am really looking forward to the K group's performance. I know he's going to do great unlike the evil editings shown on those trailers. I would die if Jay and Hui will be in one team soon. It would be wild.

After all, many members of group g could get more points, but Korean viewers are closer and more pleasant to perceive Korean participants. Although I don't understand how Jay's team lost. As for me, they were better. As well as many foreign participants. It's just that if the teams were mixed, the results would be completely different. Many who deserved extra points didn't get them. Why are they forcing a competition and trying to make Hui look bad? Both of them are excellent singers, Jay sounded better here because his vocal tone and style match Kyungsoo’s more than Hui’s does, which means he sounds much closer to the original. It doesn’t have to be either/or, both of them can be in the group and bring in different vocal styles, the final lineup can have more than one skilled vocalist.

With majority of Korean fans voting inside the studio for group battles is unfair for those w/o fans especially the global contestants. They should consider the judges' scores in every aspect of the competition.

It’s so weird to me that mnet allowed him to join as a contestant on this show when he was able to give one their groups some of the biggest hits, and even gave his own group a hit to remember… like if anything instead of having him sit there competing with trainees, y’all should be paying him as a judge.. like this is so harsh
Why are they forcing a competition and trying to make Hui look bad? Both of them are excellent singers, Jay sounded better here because his vocal tone and style match Kyungsoo’s more than Hui’s does, which means he sounds much closer to the original. It doesn’t have to be either/or, both of them can be in the group and bring in different vocal styles, the final lineup can have more than one skilled vocalist.

I agree G group clearly did better but sadly ppl are most likely gonna be biased and choose K group to win, hopefully G group wins.
Jay may less experienced than hui but imo he deserved more votes than hui. He delivered the song like it was his, I think he lost only because there’s already many hui fans who voted more for Hui. Otherwise he did just as good as Hui even tho he’s just a trainee.
I love the way Jay sings during rehearsal than on the final stage.
