Zoe... first I so love watching you stitch! It's mesmerizing! Second... I am so sorry that a doctor could ever make you feel the way you felt. I am sending so much love and many hugs to you! I hope this year brings you happiness, joy, comfort and answers. It's not fun being a question medical professionals cannot answer. Know that you are an inspiration and beautiful person! Some days I forget things like that about myself so here is your reminder love. You're amazing! And if you want to do a wip parade when you feel up to it... I'll be here to hang out with you and Coco. Much love and stitchy hugs!

So nice to see you again...and Coco, of course! I am so sorry that the doctors are failing on you. I don't mind a wip parade, it's never late🤗. And you can talk about your plans. It is wonderful to see how you stitch. Hoping to see you soon. Take care💖

Watching your two-handed, double needle stitching and I'm 🤯. I'm so very sorry that you've had so many health and vehicle woes. Doctors can be absolutely horrible. Hope to see a new Flosstube from you soon. 🙂

First of all. Your stitching style is mesmerizing. Gorgeous stitching. I'd call it 2 needle stitching. It would do my head in if I tried that.
Secondly. My goodness, you've had to deal with a pack of numties in the medical world. And I agree, why get a specialist opinion if your not going to pay attention to it. I really hope you get to see a heart specialist real soon. I send my heartfelt love and kindness to you. And you are so worthy of kindness and proper medical treatment. Your strength is inspiring. Keep being you.
Thirdly. While I personally do not have EDS. But I have several cousins that do and even though I knew some of what that entails. I am grateful for you educating me on EDS so much more.
Huge hugs to you for a much better 2023 for you and your family.

Hi Zoe, it's so lovely to have you back on Flosstube. I must say how sorry I am that you have to go through such extra work to get the care that you need. The specialist lady sounds fantastic though and I'm glad that you have a car fit for your purpose for a while yet.
I loved seeing Coco and your two-needle stitching. Yes to a wip parade from me!
    Take care, Jo x

Thank you Jo! Yes Coco does like to get involved, even though she makes it harder to stitch 🤣
She has to add her specialty floss (aka fur) onto each of my projects! She loves getting under the blanket on my lap for a long snooze - she's like a self-heating hot water bottle! 😻😻

Thank you Ellie ❤️ I do love the ENRs, it's so nice to meet you (everyone really) in the "real" world, thank you so much for organising them for us all 🥰
I've not seen some of my wips for months lol, so it'll be nice to get them all out again, show them some sunlight 🤣 That will be next week's job I think! Xx

Lovely to see you back on Flosstube (and Coco of course 😉). I have often thought of you. I can only begin to imagine the extra frustration with dealing with health professionals and the health system on top of your health issues. If you would like to do a WIP parade I’d love to see it. Looking forward to seeing you again at the end of January.

What great progress you have made on this stitching from April if I am remembering it correctly. Love your color choices together. Coco is so sweet at the end of the video. I can't imagine there are many cats that would lay there like that and not attack the threads. You could call your stitching method 2-needle 2-handed stitching maybe? I am so sorry that you are going through all the medical issues that you are and that some of your physicians do not seem to be doing their job at all. It is so hard to find a good doctor under the best of circumstances let alone when you have a rare chronic medical condition. It is like they are afraid to give you proper care because they don't know that much about your disease. So sad that you have to be the physician almost :( I had checked several times to see if you had uploaded a video over the months and was concerned that your health had deteriorated to the point that you could no longer film or stitch. I am so happy to see you back filming and, of course, love seeing Coco as well. Hope your health starts to level out some and your physicians start actually being physicians. Happy stitching.

Thank you for such lovely words my darling ❤️❤️
Coco loves to sit on my lap whilst I'm stitching (even though she gets in the way 😅), but she does act like a self-heating hot water bottle though, so it's not all bad at this time of year!
She used to try and get the threads, but once she knew they weren't hers she leaves them alone. (- Now the backs of needle minders she does like, so I have to keep them safely out of her reach!) 🥰

I am fascinated by how you are able to stitch using two hands and two needles in two different places. Mind blown.
I'm sorry you have had such a rough time this last year. Gentle hugs. ~J

@@cococreates26 I show her pretty stitching often. It's not safe to give her a needle yet (hand control issues), but as soon as she's able to avoid stabbing herself and others, she'll be one of us.

You don’t owe anyone anything, but I was so excited to see you back online. I have missed you 💜 I’m sorry you have had so much happen the last couple of months. That car saga was disgusting, how dare they!! I wanted to give you the biggest softest warm blanket hug. YOU ARE WORTH IT! They should not be in practice if they don’t care about people. Why the f*ck would they ignore a specialist??? How is accessibility this poor in 2023?? My word. I still refuse to believe that Coco is a trouble maker 😂 she is just too gorgeous! I wish I could get that two handed two needle method to work! You are genius!!! I’m never going to say no to a WIP parade!! I still need to record mine. Don’t do it if you don’t feel up to it though. See you again soon lovely xxx

    Double needle stitching?
I’m sorry to hear everything you’ve been through, I could get all pessimistic about GPs saving money on cheaper meds but that won’t help boost you. Just hang on in there and keep up your lovely stitching

I was thinking of 'Twin needle', but that is a sewing machine thing. 'Double needle' works much better! Xx

I came to watch the double-needle stitching, which is fascinating. However, I was appalled by all you have to go through to get proper and appropriate care. I know that I have nothing to add which will make the slightest bit of difference, but just know that there are people out there who understand what you are worth and the kind of care you deserve. The doctor who wouldn’t treat you does not deserve to be practicing medicine. Pulling for you.

Dear Zoe, not only are you fighting your medical problems your fighting your bloody local Dr practise. It must be both frustrating and very exhausting. Yes you are worth being kept alive! Ally Pally also seems disgusting, is there no big disability group that could shout them out?! Fly/Bee stitching! I couldn't keep up with the needles lol. I can't remember where my next stitch is yet alone two lots. See you at the ENR😀. Say hello to your wonderful mum. I do hope 2023 will be a much much better year for you😀🤗

You were upset because they lied about being able to get the vehicle you needed, lied about where your old vehicle was, and thought by not immediately returning your money would magically make you less upset?
If they had at least called & said they were unable to procure a vehicle to meet your needs before you had passed over your old car...
Your doctor office sounds like a nightmare. As for that cardiologist, that's cute that they have a perfect record. But no physician ends up with a perfect record. Unknown allergies to medicine can destroy a record, having tissue that's more fragile than expected can turn a routine procedure into a problem. And how do they think medicine got to this point without good and bad mishaps...for all we know he could figure out through treating you a solution to some other medical issue. It's not like you were care adverse like a liver transplant patient drinking alcohol like a fish immediately after!
At least it sounds like the female doctor that does the shots has half a brain and more than an ounce of compassion.
GI doc now knows that you don't react as expected to typical methods, and you can now tell them going off these meds is adverse to your well being, please come up with a different method if such a procedure is required again.
You may not live to 118, but you have the right to choose to keep going as long as possible. You had a bad year (due to crappy doctors), but you are still able to contribute to society, you still have quality of life. You deserve better than that cardiologist. His opinion can go sit in the bottom of a dirty litterbox.
