Lusitania’s Final Morning

It’s early in the morning of May 7, 1915. Lusitania is in thick fog that has slowed her down to 18 knots. In the afternoon, she’ll be torpedoed by U-20. A secondary explosion will occur, causing the liner to sink in just 18 minutes. 1,197 people will lose their lives in the tragedy.
