Haraman, is a practice used in Egypt., When a person finishes prayer, they tell him Haraman, and he responds to "Jamaan"... It means: I wish you pray in Haram Masjid and the respond is, Jamaan, means, "together"... I don't think it is from sunnah, but it is commonly used in Egypt. The egyptian priest was a wise-ass as most of the Arab preachers. The word توفيتني means when you "ended my mission" and it comes from the word وفاة which means either death "for ordinary situations" and also means "ending a mission" and this same word was also mentioned in another verse with sleeping and getting your soul ascended to Allah whilst sleeping و الله "يتوفى" الانفس حين موتها و التي لم تمت في منامها So "توفي" came with soul leaving the body whilst sleeping too at the end of the day
and that's whats the muslims are saying to the christians who are clueless .the word can mean alot of things like death ,sleep , completing something,taking something in full . توفَّى الشَّخصُ حقَّه: استوفاه؛ أخذه كاملاً لم ينقص منه شيء , and they have different meanings even in the Quran itself .it's like someone saying he's "gone" only means he's dead . it means alot of things .. and the fact that he said it only means death shows his ignorance or lies . that's why tafseer the Quran with the Quran is very important . if the Quran says explicitly that Isa PBUH didn't die in other verses and you have other verses that talk about the same word meaning sleep and other meaning then who are you to say this word means THIS and only this meaning .

I'm a Native Arab speaker and I confirm that (وفى) has multiple meanings depending on the context. and This christian charlatan thinks he knows arabic lol even the prophet (S.A.W) used a similar word (amatana) which literally means (he caused us to die) but the prophet (s.a.w) used it in the context of (sleep) Sahih al-Bukhari 6324 Narrated Hudhaifa: Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) intended to go to bed, he would recite: "Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya (With Your name, O Allah, I die and I live)." And when he woke up from his sleep, he would say: "Al-hamdu lil-lahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana; wa ilaihi an-nushur (All the Praises are for Allah Who has made us alive after He made us die (sleep) and unto Him is the Resurrection). " Also we find the prophet (s.a.w) mention the same verse about jesus in hadith and the translation of (tawafani) is (took me up) "Sahih al-Bukhari 4625 Narrated Ibn `Abbas: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) delivered a sermon..., (and then said) I will say as the pious slave (the Prophet (ﷺ) Jesus) said: And I was a witness over them while I dwelt amongst them. When You took me up. You were the Watcher over them and You are a Witness to all things.' (5.117) Then it will be said, "These people have continued to be apostates since you left them." For those who wants to check more similar ahadith from different books of hadith about jesus saying (tawafani = took me up) check the following references with the same translations: Sahih al-Bukhari 3447 Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3167 Sahih Muslim 2860 b Sunan an-Nasa'i 2087

FYI, the word "حرما" (hrmn) after salah is an egyptian thing not from the Sunnah or El Azhar. People in Egypt just say it as a dua not a Sunnah. Yet El Azhar hold it as a "bedah" (innovation). May Allah guide us and hold us all on the straight path.

Haraman, some people say it to each other after finishing prayers ,it means : asking God to have the prayer at “Al Bayt Al Haram , Ka’ba in Mecca “ . So the other person will reply “Jam’an” meaning : hopefully all of us .

So it's a dua to Allah but due to its use by most people, it's seen as part of Islam by people like Danial. Similarly, we are taught six kalimahs in school in Pakistan. The first being La illah a ilallah Muhammad Al Rasoolallah and the second is Shahada and the others are like duas (some parts of those are from authentic hadiths) and that Christian guy from Pakistan was talking about those in one of the video.
Man the amount of interruption Sheikh Uthman have to deal with everyday but I admire he's patience.

The word توفيتني means when you "ended my mission" and it comes from the word وفاة which means either death "for ordinary situations" and also means "ending a mission" and this same word was also mentioned in another verse with sleeping and getting your soul ascended to Allah whilst sleeping
و الله "يتوفى" الانفس حين موتها و التي لم تمت في منامها
So "توفي" came with soul leaving the body whilst sleeping too at the end of the day
and that's whats the muslims are saying to the christians who are clueless .the word can mean alot of things like death ,sleep , completing something,taking something in full . توفَّى الشَّخصُ حقَّه: استوفاه؛ أخذه كاملاً لم ينقص منه شيء , and they have different meanings even in the Quran itself .it's like someone saying he's "gone" only means he's dead . it means alot of things .. and the fact that he said it only means death shows his ignorance or lies . that's why tafseer the Quran with the Quran is very important . if the Quran says explicitly that Isa PBUH didn't die in other verses and you have other verses that talk about the same word meaning sleep and other meaning then who are you to say this word means THIS and only this meaning .

I'm a Native Arab speaker and I confirm that (وفى) has multiple meanings depending on the context. and This christian charlatan thinks he knows arabic lol even the prophet (S.A.W) used a similar word (amatana) which literally means (he caused us to die) but the prophet (s.a.w) used it in the context of (sleep)

Narrated Hudhaifa:
Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) intended to go to bed, he would recite: "Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya (With Your name, O Allah, I die and I live)." And when he woke up from his sleep, he would say: "Al-hamdu lil-lahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana; wa ilaihi an-nushur (All the Praises are for Allah Who has made us alive after He made us die (sleep) and unto Him is the Resurrection). "
Also we find the prophet (s.a.w) mention the same verse about jesus in hadith and the translation of (tawafani) is (took me up)

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) delivered a sermon..., (and then said) I will say as the pious slave (the Prophet (ﷺ) Jesus) said: And I was a witness over them while I dwelt amongst them. When You took me up. You were the Watcher over them and You are a Witness to all things.' (5.117) Then it will be said, "These people have continued to be apostates since you left them."
