Brings back very fond memories of goods times going to the Rendezvous every June. Native Americans, the French and British reenactments. Good food, activities and crafts. Friends and family went every year for a long time.

The Fort s/b flying the French Flag of the time. It is absolutely fantastic. Rifle ports in the wall. Were there any Indian attacks, or British attacks on the Fort?

Cool tour - and I loved the comment about not having to peek through windows, it really made me feel like I was right there with you for this one 😊. Oh, and you definitely have my sympathies over the wasps, too, having been chased by one while I was out shopping earlier today! Finally, may I just say how happy I am to see you back posting these videos again after falling silent for a few weeks. Obviously I don't want to pry into the reasons, but I for one really missed joining you on one of your adventures each week.

It was definitely more spectacular than what I thought it was going to be. And that comment was absolutely for you! Lol. Sorry for the pause but every year my granddaughter and grandson come to stay with me for a month and they are a bit of a handful and take up all my time. You’ll be glad to know that I have been busy and there are more adventures in the shoot!

I’m from the old lead belt in Missouri just across the river and I imagine the fort saw its fair share of our minerals
