That one time Tebow answered he was saving himself for marriage in response to a question.
Tony Dungy gave an equally impressive answer when he was asked how it felt to be the first black coach to win a Super Bowl. He said he would rather be remembered as a Christian coach who did things the right way.
This reminds me of what Ron Simmons said at a pro wrestling convention I went to a few weeks ago, which made my respect for him go through the roof.
The panel host introduced him as “the first African-American world champion”, and Ron corrected him “BLACK. First BLACK world champion.” Then when an audience member asked him “As a black man in the 80’s-90’s, what did it take to succeed?” and Ron answered “Same things it took for a white man. Work hard, be on time, be honest.”
He wasn’t having any of that politically correct race-baiting BS.
