I'd love to see all men walk away from social media altogether. I recently took a respite from my social media and I felt much better. Reduced depression and anxiety. Less desire to be with a woman in any manner. Easier to focus on my priorities. Afterwards, I downloaded the pictures of my children and deleted my accounts. Done and done!

I’m just speaking on things that I have seen personally. There are also all the sudden relationship quotes that people do. Guys know that this can often come from a woman that is having problems in her relationship or otherwise vulnerable.

I'm a married man now but when I was single I had a strategy I called 90 days same as cash where I would figure out a woman in 90 days to see if she was worthy of continuing our relationship. Most of them didn't make it 90 days
