... today went o musical shop to get sound cable ... first time hold the violin ... was not able to digest violin is a light weight instrument.. that feeling of was like holding a new born baby ... should not hurt ... was it right kind of violin I been shown by shop keeper
@@lazybun_india5134 can't suggest if it's good or bad just by the weight of it. Usually violins don't weight that much. But if you check for the points I mentioned in the video "how to choose a good Violin for beginners" in my channel, you can get a decent quality one
Im a beginner too. I have just completed one year of learning violin. For the first time last week I learnt a Thillana (brindhavani). I'm unable to play it fast. When i try to play it fast my bow deviates from its direction and touches somewhere else on the black board. Could you please tell what I should do to maintain that same direction when playing faster
@@sharmi0810 you might be moving your hand in an arc direction than moving it straight. Try to move your right hand in a straight direction. Try to play quarter bow slow and observe how your hand moves. I recommend recording yourself and find out where the error is and fix it. Hope it helps
