@@Zehrazay for reduction of belly fat, reduce calorie intake.. use this machine (elliptical trainer) as it's a great fat burner. Sit ups are good, but you want a better range of movement to target all of your abdominal muscles. Hope this helps.
@@Zehrazay You can't reduce fat from a specific area. You need to burn calories (more than your intake) to burn fat. So the exercise you choose should be whichever one burns the most calories (e.g., one that involves the most muscles). You don't need to focus on ab exercises unless you want to build you ab muscles (e.g., to get a six pack, which won't be visible until after you've already lost a very large amount of fat).
And I am pretty sure you at least have an accent in one those 3 languages you say you speak. Anyway thats not the point, that point is that you are an ass for making fun of someone else's accent

If you do it for an hour a day with at an incline at least 5 days a week, yes you’ll build muscle and shred.

these basically only works out your quads. It doesn't really work out your arms at all, nor your calves.

it depends on where you put your hands , for example i step back and put my hands on the top of the handles so i can feel my arms and back fat burning
It will work your arms if you add resistance. It’s cardio anyway, it works your whole body even though it has focal points.,
