It's incidental music by the same composer like when Micheal Knight is sneaking into a building they don't go full guns with the main theme tune. They play something similar but more subtle. I'm sure Wikipedia will tell you the same if you look it up. You should download a load of Ronnie Hazlehurst tunes that'd keep you happy.
