I had the similar problem. The problem is of common ground connection. The AV unit is grounded with the standard ground of the car located near the driver pedals. While the amp is grounded to the chassis where the amp is located i.e under the front passenger seat. Make the amp ground common with the car ground. Local roadside mechanics don’t understand this.
I had the same issues in my Duster car, my JBL 9004 amp does have a high-level input, but the EVO guy suggested me to use an audio converter on both speaker wires to make it an RCA input for my AMP .. I didnt get the expected output and it added these idle hiss noise too.. I got it all corrected from another car decor technician, now they took out audio convertors and my speaker wires from HU directly go to the AMP's high level.. giving me much better output.. the overall system sounds much better.. better soundstage and no noise at all .. very informative video .. thank you !
Dude the main issue was the power of Horn. Basically Ground of Horn was been shared with stereo in a limited Guage.. so when u press the horn. The horn return has been passing through the amps Ground.. simple logic it is.. so when u were using High level signals. The System started getting their own ground lines

Manish Belani bro go for some better option like soundbarrier if you want better output pioneer has 60x4 rms and 120X2 rms both pioneer and Sony have very low output , soundbarrier is a Chinese product but ask any car audio guy he will suggest you to buy soundbarrier over pioneer or Sony , if you want to go for pioneer then choose pioneer champion series amp

Han chala sakte hai .. but components ki full sound nai aayegi .. because 2-2 components ko 1-1 channel pe lagana padega aur woofer ko ek pura bridge connection dena padega. Phir bhi acha system ban jayega.
yes i am very happy .. only issue is that there is no lpf/hpf for 2 channels .. but if you want to run 4 components then there is no need for filters..keep them all off..

Sound Barrier woofers se .. but ab ye vilupt ho gaye hai.. jab se home theatre aaye hai .. To agar aapko buy karna hai to meri knowledge me ye brands theek hai ..
I am probably too late to comment but, this may help others rectify similar problems in their cars. Problems like this may have multiple reasons. First is bad grounding (as everyone is saying in their comments). Secondly, bad RCA wires also result in issues like this. Third, and as in your case, running any amp on maximum gain results in this condition. Actually low RCA output voltage of car stereo is the culprit here. Because of low voltage output, the gain has to be set to maximum level. If there is humming or other similar problem, the first step to check is if the gain of your amplifier is set to max. Just turn it down just to check if the problem is resolved or not. This could save a lot of time that is otherwise required to trace a bad RCA wire or poor ground.
That’s not a amplifier issue it needs grounding isolation , it can be solved by running better quality rca completely separate from power wire and if it still there then add ground wire to stereo body
munna shaik bro have u checked ur amp wiring ???? The rca cable should be separately run on the opposite side of power wire , secondly if that’s not solving the humming then add ground wire to the body of your stereo and yes always use good quality rca cables to avoid humming

Han chala sakte hai .. but components ki full sound nai aayegi .. because 2-2 components ko 1-1 channel pe lagana padega aur woofer ko ek pura bridge connection dena padega.

You should try routing your power and high level input wires separately from two separate sides. This should solve the issue.
