So if you do wushu, a great first impression is to do a crane pose, and then explode out in one or several butterfly kicks and do a praying mantis lunge at the end. If taekwondo, start off with a "chumbi", and then do some running kicks alternating legs one after another down the floor--and finish with a jumping ax kick.
